Quite interesting and unusual hotel! There are rooms with arcade game machine! The personnel is professional and friendly. Very interesting interior design! The distance to the nearest attractions might be not walkable but easy to reach by taxi. Not far from railway station and next to a bus station. Highly recommend!

A very nice hotel, lovely room, decent breakfast, comfortable lounge and friendly staff. However, the beach is a sad sight, dirty, covered with debris, no shops, restaurants, bars, no atmosphere whatsoever. boring and dull. city side is a huge factory. not the kind of place to enjoy the seaside. definitely not a ”golden” beach.

The interior is clean and tidy, and the service is very attentive. Before going there, I made a phone call to inquire about the dining situation in the surrounding area. The girl on duty patiently explained the reality of how few restaurants were open during the National Day, so I didn't go hungry. Let me talk about the parking problem everyone cares about. The page says that it is free parking, but some in the comments say that it is parking. I also specifically asked Trip.com's customer service to confirm it, and after confirming that it was free parking, I placed the order. I really lived and knew what was going on. The hotel is located in Baolong City Square, where the ground is prohibited from opening traffic, so parking lot is Baolong parking. At present, parking lot No. 1 is free, so the hotel also told me to park in parking lot No. 1, and after stopping, I will go to the hotel less than 100 meters. In addition to climbing the stairs from the parking lot, there is no problem. The hotel is very close to Penglai's beach, less than 100 meters. The entire Baolong City Plaza is basically a hotel, dining, convenience store, etc. The hotel is downstairs is the night market, and then to the south is the seaside food stalls, the voice is very loud, very lively. My family room is on the 3rd floor. The hotel is a courtyard like a courtyard, a multi-story courtyard, with a patio-like yard in the middle, and an elevator to go upstairs. The room is quite spacious, it is a heat storage water heater, plug in the card and wait for ten minutes, the hot water is still quite sufficient, our family of four bath water is no problem. There is a range hood in the hotel, but I didn't see the kitchenware. I don't know if there is no or need to borrow it from the front desk.

The hotel is located right on the beach. Very beautiful. Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms were nice but older furniture and carpets. There was only one electricity plug next to bed and it didn’t work. When we checked in and went to the room, the room keys wouldn’t work, so we had to go back down to the front desk, and they just assigned us to the room next door. The worst part was that the room was extremely warm, 28 Celsius! I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker to “look” at it. But the AC was broken. Instead of putting us in a different room with a working AC, the hotel brought a swamp cooler to our room. The swamp cooler was extremely loud, but it did cool the room down for the night. But the next day, the room was hot and we checked out early because we simply were not enjoying ourselves. We also wanted to order room service, but the hotel didn’t have the items in the menu available that we wanted :(. I ordered a hamburger, but it was gross. I booked a family room with my parents for one day. After checking in, I was very satisfied and immediately extended my stay for another day. The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. We initially booked a room from 27-31st July, but then decided to extend our stay with one day. Unfortunately our seaview room was unavailable so we had to change to another room. We had a lovely stay! Thank you .

I stayed at the Hyatt during the National Day holiday this year. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt hotel. The experience was very good. The facilities and environment are very good. I recommend that everyone stay in a sea view room. Since I signed up for a local tour, I had to get up early to pick him up. For us, the sunrise at five or six o'clock in the morning was so beautiful. The endless sea and beautiful sunrise were unobstructed from upstairs. It was so beautiful. Another thing worth mentioning is the indoor swimming pool. The children especially like it. There are many children playing together and they are very happy. , the kids can’t wait to go swimming every day when they come back. The only drawback is that the breakfast style is a little less, but it’s okay. In addition, the hotel staff seems to be too busy occasionally, and it’s a little slow to deliver things. Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)
