Quite interesting and unusual hotel! There are rooms with arcade game machine! The personnel is professional and friendly. Very interesting interior design! The distance to the nearest attractions might be not walkable but easy to reach by taxi. Not far from railway station and next to a bus station. Highly recommend!

A very nice hotel, lovely room, decent breakfast, comfortable lounge and friendly staff. However, the beach is a sad sight, dirty, covered with debris, no shops, restaurants, bars, no atmosphere whatsoever. boring and dull. city side is a huge factory. not the kind of place to enjoy the seaside. definitely not a ”golden” beach.

There are two big beds when you enter the door. When I took the photo, I stood at the door and looked up. The bathroom is also the same. The toilet is very small. There were several hairs on the floor when I checked in, and there were also pillows on the bed. The next day the auntie came to clean, and there were still a lot of hairs on the floor in the bathroom, and there was a fat front desk with a bad attitude, who didn't know what he was pulling. It is recommended that friends who come here can bring their own disposable sanitary products, which is more convenient. The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the hotel entrance is the bus stop.

The first time I stayed in Bihai is the feeling of home. The room is clean, the bedding is warm, the sea is short-sighted, and the Yantai Big Apple is free, which is great. First of all, as soon as I entered the hotel, I was warmly received by the manager Cai Jinping in the lobby, checked in in person and helped with the luggage to the room. It was really the feeling of a loved one. I didn’t know about Bihai Hotel before, but through this one-day stay, I will tell my friends, colleagues, and relatives that I must live in Bihai when I come to Yantai. I will continue to support it personally.

The interior is clean and tidy, and the service is very attentive. Before going there, I made a phone call to inquire about the dining situation in the surrounding area. The girl on duty patiently explained the reality of how few restaurants were open during the National Day, so I didn't go hungry. Since I arrived at the store late on the night of the 1st, the room arranged by the store was a higher-end view room with green plants. Thank you very much. . Overall praise and recommendation!

Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)

The hotel is good, the equipment is complete, clean and hygienic. The room is also big and you can see the beach, which is quite good. The straight line is1.6 kilometers away from the Golden Beach, 20 minutes on foot, and it is suitable to walk around after dinner at night. Have a good time.

excellent hotel. at european standard. the room was a bit too hot at 31°5 and small window was condamned. but we turned off the AC and let the corridor door opened 2 hours and it was manageable. bathroom is great, the bath tub is large enough for 2. the staff is helpfull. the breakfast buffet is enough with western standards available (but the restaurant is a bit cold in morning). the little window on the side had a partial view on the sea. i will definitively stay there next time. with IHG

The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. In the afternoon, the hotel room The manager and housekeeper Li Jingyuhua also brought snacks, drinks and souvenirs to politely ask about our stay experience and suggestions. After learning that the two elderly people had just returned from sightseeing, they carefully waited outside the door when we were out. A foot bath bucket and foot bath bag are placed. If we hadn't made arrangements in advance to go to the next stop, we would have extended our stay. The two elderly people and I are very satisfied with this hotel.
