A very nice hotel, lovely room, decent breakfast, comfortable lounge and friendly staff. However, the beach is a sad sight, dirty, covered with debris, no shops, restaurants, bars, no atmosphere whatsoever. boring and dull. city side is a huge factory. not the kind of place to enjoy the seaside. definitely not a ”golden” beach.

I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. There are Internet celebrity restaurants around. It's very close to the seaside, but it's a short distance from the beach. It's about ten minutes' walk. It's very pleasant to go out for a walk after dinner at night. Thanks to Ms. Lu from the hotel for her service. I was very pleasantly surprised. The level of caring made us feel warm.

My wife and I am from Changzhou and needed a break at the seaside so we decided to book this hotel from 27 July-31 July.We booked a room with a seaview. What we absolutely LOVE: The service and friendly staff, not only the reception staff but even those working at the entrance ,in the lobby. I have to single out one gentleman , I forgot his name , ( see photo 1) wh was extremely helpful and patient. Coming from Changzhou we had to upload the Shandong province health code and we had difficulty getting the health code. This gentleman patiently helped me and my wife to fill in the required info and access our healthcodes for Shandong. He can speak good english and is a real asset for the hotel. 2. Our Room with a view over the beach and the ocean. We had a spacious seaview room , with a bathtub which we LOVED. 3 . The location was perfect, and in close proximity to attractions like the Wine museum. 4. The food was delicious and the meals well prepared. We really liked the beefburgers, which was delicious as well as the dinner buffet outside on our first evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Recommendations for improvement: Ordering room service : When I ordered room service , the lady taking my order could not understand some of the dishes /drinks I ordered( like ginger beer) and poached eggs.However, she send the manager on duty to our room to take our order personally. Thanks! A second time when I ordered room service again , it was also not understood well. When I ordered fresh coffee, the coffee was cold. Maybe next time the coffee could be poured last, just before it gets taken up to the room. Overall, we had a LOVELY stay. Thank you very much.

The view outside the sea view window during the Chinese New Year is so beautiful. Accommodation is a very important part of traveling. A good stay will leave a good impression on the whole city. The bedding is very comfortable. The room is a good size. There is a sofa where you can sit and watch the view. The toilet is large and has a bathtub with very detailed details. There is also a cloakroom where luggage and clothes can be stored so that the room is not cluttered. There are also welcome fruits. The highlight is that there are many kinds of breakfast. The waiters also patiently squeeze juice for the children. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and responsive.

1. Regarding the price, it is not cheap, but there is no way to do this. In the peak season and the platform company may have requirements, so do not comment and choose by yourself. After all, you can see the sea without going out. 2. About the service. The biggest feature is that there is no service. When I checked in, I first said hello to the front desk to check in. When I left, I didn't say anything. When I left the parking lot, the toll collector said that I needed a hotel ticket. If you say one more word, will you be exhausted? 3. About hygiene. I forgot to bring a kettle when I went out this time, I just wanted to see if I could boil some water to drink, but it turned out to be disgusting beyond description. 4. Let’s talk about other things. The restaurant on the first floor is said to be contracted out. The big oysters grilled at night are really delicious, too fresh, 15 a, it’s worth it!

excellent. we have been upgraded to a suite.... the staff is professional and helpful. from the lobby to the ayi cleaning the rooms. thanks to the 10th floor staff for the excellent service and help in finding some devices for me. there is a foreign bar restaurant in the lobby chris bar. with very nice ambiancy. the hotel is close to railway station and to wanda

This is an international hotel. The room was very big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel is not far from the sea and has easy access to many attractions. The hotel looks very cool and I am looking forward to my next stay now.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. The small town of Penglai is very well-regulated, and the hotel is very close to the main attractions. Although it is the cheapest room in the hotel, it is also a sea-view room with floor-to-ceiling windows. It is very comfortable to see the sea in the morning. The room was clean, spotless, everything was new and I slept comfortably. The front desk is very good, take the initiative to explain the route and time to play in Penglai Pavilion. However, there are several points that can be improved. Why do we need to put two mattresses in a single room? For the time being, think that the one by the window is sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows with tatami mats to enjoy the sea view. The TV cabinet is really awkward to stick on the side of the bed, especially the mattress is easy to bump on the side of the bed. If the bed is next to the window and a small tea table in its original location, it would be great!

🚗 Transportation: Very good location, convenient transportation, very close to the bus station. 🧹Sanitation: The sanitation is very good, it is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room should be renovated. 🍃Environment: There are a lot of delicious food in the surrounding area, opposite the museum and Wanda Plaza, and a little further away is the Marina Square, which is very good. 🔔Service: The service is very attentive, and there is health porridge in the afternoon, which is not bad

Building 1 is of higher grade than Building 2. The location of the hotel is not too far, near the Phoenix Mountain Park, there is a large supermarket of AEON within one kilometer. Female black dress front desk staff are nice and considerate. Other personnel also need to strengthen training.
