酒店的衞生還是比較乾淨的，沒有什麼可以挑剔的地方。酒店的環境，內部比較整潔，酒店周邊商店、餐館都比較多，所以購物、用餐都比較方便。設施這一塊的話，最主要的就是衞生間它不是乾濕分離的，但是呢，從攜程平台上酒店所公佈的照片來看的話，覺得像是乾濕分離，攜程上的照片，我截圖了，見圖一和圖二，然後實際上衞生間的照片我拍了，見圖三。就是説攜程平台上酒店公佈的照片像是乾濕分離，但實際上不是，甚至連個擋水的浴簾都沒有。另外一個要吐槽的就是酒店的服務：一是前台有一個戴眼鏡的女服務員，餐廳有一個年輕的女服務員，跟她們説話都是愛理不理的；二是我的車輛停在酒店的停車場，臨退房離開時發現了被剮蹭的痕跡，調錄像一直都調不出來，到底是在什麼時候被刮蹭的，什麼車輛刮蹭的，都沒個説法。

Besides the standards that one would expect from a 5 star hotel , what makes the Pullman Yantai stand out is the friendliness and attentiveness of their staff from housekeeping, the restaurants team on the 27th and 28th floors and the concierge team. A special mention is to be made of Griffith in the concierge team who was very helpful to us during our stay. We especially enjoyed the fish at the Yue Chinese Restaurant and the fresh bread made in house for breakfast. Their cookies which can be purchased on the 1st Floor are especially good so much that we bought another container to take away with us to eat on our way home. We highly recommend staying here and will come back again.

The hotel is in the city center, walking to Suocheng, Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, Wanda Plaza. The hotel's bed was particularly comfortable, and it took a day to go to the decompression bed to sleep peacefully. The waiters were also very good. After learning that our group had elderly mobility difficulties (the family room arranged in advance had a quite large slope), we adjusted it in time. The hotel also has a free self-service laundry room. The three-day clothes even washed and dried saved my mother a lot of things.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good. The service attitude of the staff we met everywhere was very good, and they sincerely greeted and asked if they needed help. The guest relations manager was very considerate and arranged a satisfactory room for us. The complimentary concise map of scenic spots was especially suitable for travel, and the service was very satisfactory. The ocean view is unbeatable! unrivaled! The characteristic buildings of the seaside square downstairs are just visible from the room. The night view is like thousands of lights, and the room type is suitable for watching the sunrise. The facilities in the room are well-equipped, and Yantai beer, milk, etc. are provided as gifts. We like the decoration style of the room. It is large enough, clean and hygienic. I felt very comfortable for two days. The bathtub also has a good sea view, and the bathroom space is large. The sea view in the gym is amazing❗️ and the training and rest areas for fitness and swimming are quite well designed. There are a variety of cheeses for breakfast. I haven’t had cheese freedom for a long time. I really like it this time! Pastries such as Danish fruit buns are carefully made, and eggs can be used to make a variety of dishes, or only egg whites can be provided. In the Chinese dining area, we had the famous Yantai stewed rice and Chaoshan braised pork ribs. The coffee machine makes pretty good kabobs and lattes, and you can also make Italian espresso - you can adjust the amount of beans and milk foam by yourself. I saw a seafood buffet introduced in the lobby bar. If I come to Yantai again, I will still choose this World Trade Hilton.

Fortunately, I chose the Golden Bay Hotel online. The hotel faces the sea, backs on Yantai Mountain, and is close to Chaoyang Street. The environment and location are excellent. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a business garden view twin room for free. After checking in, a staff member guided us to check in. He gave us a detailed introduction to the location of the restaurant, observation deck, and various supplies in the room. The room is of high quality, complete and convenient. There is a handwritten welcome message from the housekeeper Sun Xiumei on the table. You can contact us at any time if you have anything. The next day, I enjoyed the sunrise over the sea at the observation deck. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, with a variety of styles and extremely rich. When I returned in the afternoon, there was a handwritten message from the service staff Meixiang on the table. She not only tidied the room, but also washed the socks that my daughter took off and put on the bed. Before leaving the hotel, the housekeeper gave me fruit mineral water and other supplies on the road. Golden Bay is indeed well-deserved. It is a five-star hotel with five-star service, high cost performance, and a comfortable, warm and pleasant stay. The hotel is in a good location, relatively quiet. You can go to the first bathing beach to see the sea in ten minutes by car. The scenery is also beautiful at night. The service is good. It is safer to live alone. The room type of the boutique hotel is not large. It is suitable for couples and traveling alone. It is clean and well-equipped.

Overall, it is a very good hotel with a super high cost performance. The suite is 100 square meters and is large enough for clubbing. The executive lounge is really good. The happy hour is from 3pm to 8pm, which is so considerate. I have never seen it before. And the happy hour dishes are very good and there are many. I especially want to praise the dessert chef. The desserts are very fragrant but not very sweet. The sweetness is very good and very high-end. Unlike many five-star hotels, there is a lot of sugar, which is very foolish and cheap. James from the concierge department helped me with my luggage very seriously. I especially praise him. This guy helped me with my luggage when I checked in and checked out. He worked hard! Finally, it is really great that there is a stair climbing machine in the gym. There is a terminal in the lobby, which is really convenient for business travelers. Here are a few minor issues, which are harmless: 1. It is a pity that there is no swimming pool; 2. Consider adding some room facilities. The space is large enough, but it will look a bit empty if there are not enough things; 3. Mouthwash is provided thoughtfully, but there are no bath salts and hand sanitizer for the bathtub, which is a bit unique among many five-star hotels; 4. It is a bit difficult to comment on the lack of Internet TV and smart toilet for a newly renovated hotel. Indigo and Hilton both have them. Although the hotel is very cheap, these small details are really invincible if they are added. I recommended this hotel to my friend. It is very good overall👍

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed with. We have travelled through many countries and visited quite a few 5-star hotels in the world. The Sheraton gold beach really lives up to its reputation and way more comfortable than all other top hotels. The room is large and clean. The staff are all professional. We have received warm welcome and thoughtful service through our stay. It happened to be my birthday on the second day of our stay. The staff prepared a nice cake and fruit basket for us. Berry Yuan was the first person who sent me birthday wishes the day of birthday. What a surprise! I really felt I was home. The location is incredible. We cannot believe that we can enjoy an ocean view from our home. If you would like to have a walk, the hotel is right on the beach. What you need to do is just stepping out of the backyard. Breakfast buffet is gorgeous with great varieties. They serve freshly brewed coffee which is not common in China. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Yantai.

Facilities: When booking the executive bed room, I obviously saw a photo of the room with a bathtub. When I checked in, I said no. Later, I complained that there was a room with it, but it was too noisy and it was generally not open. If you don't mind ....The hotel itself thinks it is a too noisy room, how embarrassed to ask customers not to mind. Since it is this kind of room, don't put pictures. Write with soft drink, ask after saying that there is tea and coffee at the front desk. The thing at the front desk is a hospitality drink. The standard of the room should be placed in the room. Powerless to complain Breakfast is a good one. The new hotel is a bit tasteful, it is not recommended to stay for too long
