Hotels near Jiuzhang Cliff in Yantai

This is an international hotel. The room was very big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel is not far from the sea and has easy access to many attractions. The hotel looks very cool and I am looking forward to my next stay now.

A very nice hotel, lovely room, decent breakfast, comfortable lounge and friendly staff. However, the beach is a sad sight, dirty, covered with debris, no shops, restaurants, bars, no atmosphere whatsoever. boring and dull. city side is a huge factory. not the kind of place to enjoy the seaside. definitely not a ”golden” beach.

Very short stay but was incredibly useful for a stay for a stop over and a rest before a morning flight. Beds were fine, front desk was helpful providing any small items like razors etc. when needed. Was also the fastest check in I've had as a foreigner in a hotel China, although I suspect part of that was because my partner is chinese.

I booked a family room with my parents for one day. After checking in, I was very satisfied and immediately extended my stay for another day. The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. In the afternoon, the hotel room The manager and housekeeper Li Jingyuhua also brought snacks, drinks and souvenirs to politely ask about our stay experience and suggestions. After learning that the two elderly people had just returned from sightseeing, they carefully waited outside the door when we were out. A foot bath bucket and foot bath bag are placed. If we hadn't made arrangements in advance to go to the next stop, we would have extended our stay. The two elderly people and I are very satisfied with this hotel. It is a four-star hotel with five-star service👍. I would like to thank Sister Yan of the restaurant again for her attentive service and introduction to the two elderly people.

We initially booked a room from 27-31st July, but then decided to extend our stay with one day. Unfortunately our seaview room was unavailable so we had to change to another room. We had a lovely stay! Thank you .

Room was perfect, clean and silent (on upper floor, not too much traffic outside at night in this development zone). Very fast check-in, no problems at all as a foreign citizen. Got my breakfast as take-away as I had to leave early. Just a few minutes by taxi to the Western bus hub (to go to Penglai).

🚗 Transportation: Very good location, convenient transportation, very close to the bus station. 🧹Sanitation: The sanitation is very good, it is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room should be renovated. 🍃Environment: There are a lot of delicious food in the surrounding area, opposite the museum and Wanda Plaza, and a little further away is the Marina Square, which is very good. 🔔Service: The service is very attentive, and there is health porridge in the afternoon, which is not bad

I stayed at the Tianma Hotel during the National Day. Because I had to fly temporarily, I arrived at 10 o'clock. We planned to store our luggage and check in after traveling. The customer service found that there was a clean room and immediately arranged the check-in in advance. The room environment was very good, and the rich breakfast was definitely beyond the 4-star level. The taxi driver also kept praising the boss of Tianma for his good reputation in the service industry. It is indeed very cost-effective here.

Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was helpful and patient. The location of the hotel nearby the train station is very convenient. On the other hand, some guests around my room were very noisy and seemed to lack any understanding of how to behave in a hotel, going in between different rooms and chatting out loud in the hall in front the door of other guests. While this is not an issue concerning to the staff or the hotel directly, it would be a good idea to send some person from time to time to check that the atmosphere is quiet for everyone to have a good rest in every floor.
