The room is spacious and the double basin design is very convenient. It is clean and tidy, and the big bed is very suitable for a family of three. The bedding and linens are quite comfortable. I especially like that the breakfast is very rich, with pastries, baked goods, yogurt, fruits, and even sushi, etc., and the juice is freshly squeezed, which is precious. Next time I come to Penglai, I will choose this restaurant.

I enjoyed great value for money during my two days at Changdao Penglai Hotel. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied and tastes great. When I return to the room every day, I will be pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruits and yogurt on the table. It feels very considerate, as if I have a dedicated little angel silently caring for me. The service is also super attentive. From the luggage handling at the door, to the considerate travel guide, to the careful classification of baby toothbrushes, every detail makes people feel warm and comfortable. The hotel parking is also very convenient, which is quite suitable for self-driving travel. Going out is the vast sea beach, the sea bathing beach, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, take a walk, and dig sand and catch the sea. The street near the hotel is full of various restaurants. It is also very close to the shopping mall, which is just a walk away. Tina at the front desk has good service and works seriously and carefully. I like it. Another lady who can speak Japanese also has good service. She also gave us coffee in the lobby, which I also like. The auntie who cooked wontons for breakfast is also good. She introduced me to breakfast, steamed buns, etc. In short, the service industry is expensive in service, and it is necessary to make guests feel at home. I will continue to consider choosing this place when I come to Penglai next time.

Service was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms because we wanted wooden flooring instead of tiles. They also helped us with our heavy luggage up to the second floor and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows but the towels and the toilet were quite old making it feel like they were dirty. We also found tissue underneath our bed but otherwise the room was fine. The location is amazing! It’s right across from the scenic area. So convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

The sound insulation effect is not very good, close to the mall, I was awakened by the big horn in the morning, and the hotel hygiene needs to be improved.

There are three beds in the room, one on the first floor and two on the second floor. It is spacious for a family of five. It is clean, but the toilet is not big. The shower and toilet are overlapped, which is not spacious enough. There are restaurants downstairs. The prices are similar, but not cheap. It is close to the beach and not far from Penglai Pavilion. There are many electric cars and it takes only a few minutes to get there. We also rode electric cars to the pier when we went to Changdao. The fare is basically 4-5 yuan. It is very good.

The hotel's hygienic condition is impeccable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is changed after every guest, and the public areas are also spotless.
