Service was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms because we wanted wooden flooring instead of tiles. They also helped us with our heavy luggage up to the second floor and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows but the towels and the toilet were quite old making it feel like they were dirty. We also found tissue underneath our bed but otherwise the room was fine. The location is amazing! It’s right across from the scenic area. So convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

From July 3 to 5, 2024, I stayed at Penglai Huaxi Hotel with my family. The first impression upon entering the hotel is that the hotel is luxurious and stylish. The front desk and other service staff are warm and polite. After joining the company, the hotel sent fruits, snacks and local specialties (Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine), which was very warm. The room is tidy and sanitary, with complete toiletries. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Penglai's famous attractions. After dinner, you can go for a scenic walk along the coast. It feels like a good stay experience. Because I was busy visiting attractions, I didn't take any photos of the room and surroundings.

This is a terrible hotel! The room smelled so bad it made my baby cough. The night market nearby was so noisy I didn't get much sleep. At 5 a.m., someone downstairs yelled for breakfast with a loud speaker. The breakfast wasn't great either. Five points for the girl at the front desk whose ID card was a big orange! I won't be staying at this hotel again! I originally booked four nights, but I canceled it that morning and opted for Atour!
