Quite interesting and unusual hotel! There are rooms with arcade game machine! The personnel is professional and friendly. Very interesting interior design! The distance to the nearest attractions might be not walkable but easy to reach by taxi. Not far from railway station and next to a bus station. Highly recommend!

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was helpful and patient. The location of the hotel nearby the train station is very convenient. On the other hand, some guests around my room were very noisy and seemed to lack any understanding of how to behave in a hotel, going in between different rooms and chatting out loud in the hall in front the door of other guests. While this is not an issue concerning to the staff or the hotel directly, it would be a good idea to send some person from time to time to check that the atmosphere is quiet for everyone to have a good rest in every floor.

This is a warm hotel. Although the weather is very cold, I really feel the warmth here. From the greeting with a smile as soon as I entered the door to the patient answers at the front desk when I checked in, I felt that I was valued. The lady in the guest room took the initiative to help sort out the scattered clothes, and the room was tidy and clean. The room is arranged on the 11th floor. You can see the sea when standing by the window. The area you can see is very small. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is also very good. There is a Yuhuang Palace and a small garden in the hotel's garden-style backyard, which is good for walking in the evening. Recommendation index five stars!

Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)
