要不是今天得去養馬島 想住的離那邊和煙大近些 真的不想換地～
【服務】住前也是看了很多評論 如大家所説 確實服務很好 有求必應 態度熱情
【位置】酒店位置很好 交通便利 離幾個打卡點都很近 就挨着南洪美食街（雖然真沒啥可吃的……）
【設施】全房智能客控（門鎖 窗簾 空調 燈光）床墊很舒服 關鍵可以選枕！不但有記憶棉還有蕎麥皮枕！還帶化粧台（對女生應該很有用吧）
【早餐】定的含早，餐廳同樓層，而且可以用餐到11點 每天吃完中午都不用吃了… 種類雖然不太多但足夠吃了 味道還可以
【不足】唯二不足就是電視的網有點差 高峯時段卡的不行（雖然我不怎麼看） 還有就是浴室地漏有點堵 水會漫出來（不太礙事但最好解決）
總體來説 真的是性價比超高的酒店～

當天5點多下船，6點左右到酒店，不給開房間，説需要等到7點才可以，説客人未退房沒有打掃房間之類的，一直坐到7點辦入住，期間未看到有人退房和叫打掃衞生，房間地毯臟臟的，設備太先進了，需要操作手機才能開房門很不方便。送了份水果，未聯繫，房間無人，直接開門放到了房間裏，不喜歡！

帶媽媽出行，整體對酒店的住宿都挺滿意的。
酒店環境非常不錯，房間內都是智能設施配置，懶人必選超級方便。
提供的早點是7-11點時間段，對於我這個愛睡懶覺人士非常友好哈哈哈。
酒店距離煙台站和大悦城朝陽街煙台山景區都很方便。
客房服務也很好，乾淨衞生，辦入住的時候未提前説明但前台小姐姐幫忙選了餐廳層的房間，點贊！另外延遲到4點退房也沒再收費，非常感謝呢。
下次來煙台還會優先選擇楓渡的呢。

位置靠近煙台站，門卡都是電子的手機操作，智能化程度高。
早餐也可以，房間帶小冰箱有贈飲，有歡迎水果蘋果和橘子。
早上外面施工叮叮噹噹有點吵。
房間遠眺居然還能看見海的一角。

酒店位置挺好找，交通也非常便利，跟前就用共享單車。位置很不錯，離大悦城和芝罘灣廣場都可以步行過去，騎個共享單車到周圍轉轉很方便，離大海也很近。
前台和早餐餐廳工作人員態度都非常好，給人賓至如歸的感受。房間設施非常齊全，甚至還有專門的梳粧台，住了這麼多酒店還是第一次見，馬桶是非常智能化的，可以用遙控控制，透着滿滿的科技感。房間也能用電子語音控制，效果也不錯。酒店是電子房卡，很先進，沒有需要記帶房卡的煩惱了，同時也有鏈式門鎖，安全上也很安心。房間也挺衞生，雖然是新開業但是沒有什麼味道，各個地方都很整潔。真的是很很表揚！
早餐餐廳環境很不錯，菜品也挺好，友情提醒一下外地朋友，酒店有煙台特色的蓬萊小麪，特別大方給的很多，味道挺好就是真的吃不完。可以提前和工作人員説一下什麼的。
最後離開酒店工作人員專門打了電話回訪，看得出是非常重視客人住宿體驗，反映了一個小問題經理還親自致電反饋，最後也很好的解決了，住酒店就應該選擇這種關注客人反饋的，真的是從頭至尾體驗都非常好。
以後來煙台還會選擇楓渡的，甚至其他城市的楓渡，這家酒店真的是模範。

意外的驚喜！酒店設施很先進，全屋智能！地理位置也特別好，去哪裡都方便，我定的房間還能看到海，看到夕陽！價格也贊👍🏻如果下次再來，絕對這裡是首選！

服務很好 有求必應 早餐供應時間長 吃的種類豐富帶娃出行很友好
地理位置絕佳 去哪兒都很便利
房間衞生很好 設施好 但是有點熱 空調開16度也不怎麼給力 樓下一直隆隆響 也不知在幹嘛 但是這不怪酒店
有機會再去 還會選擇這裏

酒店位置距離煙台火車站很近，可以步行到達。是新建酒店，環境乾淨整潔，服務熱情到位，裝修得很有格調，無論商務出差、還是旅遊觀光、親子出行居住都很適合。周邊距離振華商廈、大悦城、大潤發都很近，到海岸邊或者網紅景點出行方便，打車也基本是個起步價，觀光購物都很方便，完全好評！
