來煙台考試隨便定的房間，結果是我遇到了服務最好的酒店之一，吃早飯是服務員姐姐特別貼心，事事有迴響，打車時在大廳等了一會兒就送來一杯茶，出門車有事取消了訂單，再回來等一會兒又送了新的茶。煙台的冬天有點冷，但這個酒店的服務是真的暖心。

設施：總體非常先進智能，房間全部智能控制，有機器人服務。
衞生：房間非常乾淨，樓梯都一塵不染，餐廳整體衞生非常nice。
環境：很温馨，樓下前台可以打印東西，樓下的壁爐超暖和，出門就是大海。
服務：每早晚有咖啡、牛奶、水果、點心不限量供應，有上門洗衣服務，可以免費機場接送，酒店週六週日可提供免費船渡。

这个新开的酒店很方便自驾游，门前很多停车位，有天然树陰，房间設备齐，不过前台培训不是，港澳同胞持有效居住证，他们也不懂，不認識这个证件，刷不到卡，我提他手打号碼进去就可以，他又不聽，冇語！

來煙台選了很久的酒店，整體住下來的感受是，性價比超高，由於看演唱會，上午九點半到了酒店原以為不會安排入住，但到了之後工作人員就很快跟我們安排了房間，整體入住體驗感很不錯。下午出去玩前用洗衣機洗了衣服，準備讓酒店小姐姐到時候收一下，不過由於換班，我也忘記打電話詢問，衣服一直到晚上回來去拿回來的，本來覺得沒啥事情，但早上去餐廳吃飯，小姐姐對於昨天衣服的問題跟我們解釋，並且送我們酸奶跟水和濕紙巾，態度超誠懇，讓我覺得算是意外之喜了，再次感覺，性價比超高。如果有家人一起，這家是個很不錯的選擇，隔音服務都挺棒的。

整體比較滿意，優缺點都有，依次評價一下
服務：非常好，房間打掃很及時（但是建議衹用補充消耗品和更換垃圾桶，有的物品看起來像垃圾但我們還有用的哈哈哈）。前台小姐姐非常熱情，入住辦理很快，可以寄存行李，走的時候還問需不需要拿兩瓶水，雖然沒要但態度很暖。衞生間下水一開始有點堵，反饋之後馬上來修了。
周邊環境：吃飯購物都比較方便，旁邊有便利店，對面有小麪和燒烤都還可以，街區稍微舊了點但勝在方便。
酒店設施和衞生：還可以，房間挺大的，床睡着也比較舒服。衞生間有不可拆卸的噴頭，用着比較放心。隔音還可以，街面上的噪音基本不太有影響，隔壁洗漱或者在走廊説話聲音稍大一些，整體來説都是可以接受的。

前台這禮貌沒話説，進進出出你好沒斷過。枕頭和床都很舒適，睡的很好，出差這麼久第一次給一家酒店床品高評價。周邊有農貿市場和飯店，就餐方便，停車場就在酒店大門前。
