My evaluation is that a room costing 370 a night is not as good as a small hotel costing 150. There was a smell as soon as we arrived on the 7th floor, there was unknown dirt on the wall, the toilet door handle fell off, and the air conditioner was sallow. The air conditioner I had used at home for 10 years was about the same color and was still dripping condensation water. The toilet is blocked. I flushed it for a long time, but the water can’t go out, and I can’t go out either. The floor drain in the shower was blocked, and the accumulated water directly covered my girlfriend's high-heeled Crocs. The whole process of using King WiFi was 460. I called the hotel in the middle of the night to negotiate, and they said there would be no refunds or discounts, and it cost 370 a night for this quality. In the end, Ctrip officially refunded me 100, and the hotel gave me two breakfast coupons as compensation.

帶家人來煙台旅遊，看了很多民宿，酒店，最後還是選擇瞭如家 服務：前台小姐姐小哥哥很熱情，阿姨也會主動給打掃房間衞生，及時補充水，更換新的洗浴用品 設施：房間有智能馬桶 環境：酒店是老店了，開的時間比較長，沒有新開的那種如家或者一些民宿看着洋氣，不過不影響入住，如果選擇預訂零壓雙床房的話不如加點錢預訂家庭房，房間會更大，還有有一張更大一點的雙人床，煙台很好，來過就會愛上這座城市

很舒適的旅行，各個方面都很不錯，服務態度非常好，隔着各個景區都挺近的，隔着城所裏尤其近，晚上去萬達溜達，非常方便，五星推薦！
