酒店就在朝陽街裏面，很有特色，很好找
從外觀和室內的設計看得出來都是挺有想法的，但是可能時間久了，室內也不是很通風，會有點味道，有些地方有空調管滴水的水漬，有些地方角落也發黴了，房間裏面空調也挺大聲的
客服小姐姐服務超好，從進門到引路，到吃飯，到房間怎麼用，到體驗香水，甚至到最後的退房，等等，一直很熱情很貼心的照顧
雖然酒店設施一般，不太好，但是客服小姐姐把那些不好的扣分點給補上了

可以泡湯，吃壽喜鍋，酒水暢飲，前台小姐姐也是熱情善良，位置又這麼好，周邊美食也很近，絕佳！跑完馬，喝喝茶看看電影，舒服。

首先説服務，給四星是因為退房之後工作人員帶我走得後門，直接到了停車場，這個很感謝。然後是設施，給三星是因為除了那個浴池以外，整個房間沒有任何設施是讓人滿意的，空調用了幾個小時才降温，房間潮濕且沒有明顯的除濕設備，作為景區酒店沒有房間門禁而是用的密碼鎖鎖門，工作人員不讓穿鞋進屋可屋裡沒有一次性拖鞋，問題在於屋內地面本來就很臟。環境參考設施吧，沒什麼環境可言。最後是衞生，我隨手拍了兩張照片，臟，還有地面和發黴的天花板我沒拍。所以如果就為泡個私湯，這兒能湊合，別的就算了。

酒店位置太好了，就在朝陽街裏面臨街，也是個打卡地，去哪裡都方便，步行去煙台山看日出衹需要 10 分鐘。房間裏的温泉太讚了，頂棚有星空燈，氛圍很棒，淋浴有四種模式，洗澡很舒服！日式風格的房間住着也很舒服，房間兩衹大熊很可愛，大屏幕的投影看片子很享受。房間外面還有個酒吧，可以 DIY 調酒，也可以預約 DIY 調香，還有好幾處拍照點，拍照打卡很出片，性價比超高。

帶小朋友煙台出遊，酒店的趙姓姑娘熱情周到，從停車場幫我們搬行李到周邊景點介紹，點贊👍酒店的位置也特別好，正門就在朝陽街上，逛網紅景點很方便，酒店每個房間都有私湯，小朋友很喜歡。如果能訂到帶窗的房間就更好了。

我要知道房間沒有窗簾，又靠近走廊，我是真的不會定這家酒店，門口一溜的燈籠，窗户是那種日式的一點不遮光，根本不適合親子家庭過夜，小朋友夜醒還以為天亮了，死活不睡了，其實才一點多，我有多崩潰！！我想連夜起來寫差評！
還有那榻榻米，能給鋪個墊子不，就鋪了一層被子當墊子，硬的要命，我自己把蓋的被子又鋪一層當墊子，還是硬，睡一宿渾身疼！

房間超讚，浴池乾淨衞生，並且非常寬廣，即使容納兩個男性都綽綽有餘，水温可調節範圍廣，可以完美照顧到每個人的需求；酒店整體十分温馨，客房服務員與前台小姐姐都熱情周到，服務到位，套餐內的壽喜鍋和酒水暢飲也保質保量地提供，還有各種時鮮水果和小零食，酒店本身坐落於朝陽街，位置方便易尋，同時去周圍商圈也方便，着實是與朋友短途旅遊、休閑放鬆的好去處，太棒了，滿分好評！

環境温馨，服務人員特別有耐心，帶孩子去的，可以泡温泉，室外環境也超讚，在走廊室外拍照就一個小時，哈哈^_^
