Location is quite good for train traveling like us, and quite accessible to things you need though it’s not the best. The front desk people were helpful even though they’re not that knowledgeable about Yantai.

I realized after I left the hotel that I booked a family room, but they arranged room 1215 for me. The two beds were about the same size, so it should be a standard room. Was I fooled?

I really have nothing to say. As a hotel chain, Home Inn has such bad hygiene. When I entered the room, there were body hair and hair in the sink, leaves and hair on the bed, and a lot of hair in the drain of the shower. The environment and sanitary conditions are seriously not commensurate with the price. There is old dirt on the washbasin and tea table, and the kettle and mouthwash cup also have water stains and dust and cannot be used. Black spots were found on the bed and toilet seat.
After a trip out, this is the only hotel where you need to use disposable sheets and quilt covers before you dare to sleep. I don't understand how this star rating was given.

The sound insulation is extremely poor! I had originally booked three consecutive nights, but that evening I got so angry that I cancelled the next two days.
The front desk saw that I was staying alone and arranged a room at the very edge for me. The room was in a strange shape, and the noise kept me awake the whole night. I woke up at four in the middle of the night to watch TV. I barely managed two hours of sleep until around 6 in the morning.
The bedding looked clean but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

酒店位置很好，沒出門前提前預訂，還是選我們如家，交通便利，前台婷婷小姐姐很熱情，下車是晚上，我找不到位置，熱情引導我回酒店，送物機器人也很給力，不愉快的地方是，臨來諮詢時，一位小哥哥接的電話，不知道是忙的原因還是就這服務態度，態度一般，本來想諮詢下車因為是晚上怎麼出站到酒店事宜，沒有得到自己想要的答案，以至於還是迷路，再次感謝前台婷婷小姐姐，如果沒有她的熱情引導，我肯定不能這莫快回到酒店，第二天出門才發現酒店離車站是如此的近！還是心裏不舒服，因為和前台小哥哥早前溝通問題，以至於我們一家人下車走了好多冤枉路，也是因為這個原因。本來想着連住，我們退房了！希望貴店提高個別小哥哥的服務意識！不要因為地理位置佳，忽略服務！再次感謝貴店有像婷婷小姐姐一樣的優秀同志，為她的服務點贊👍，有幸再來，會選擇像婷婷小姐姐在的酒店。
