Very bad experience! ! The attitude of the front desk clerk was like she owed money! At first, we found several hairs on the sheets, and the pillows and quilt were dirty, so we found the front desk on duty that night to ask for an explanation. The only solution was to change the bedding, but there were white stains on the changed bedding. The front desk took a look and just perfunctorily said: "Let's change your room." They denied that it was the hotel's fault. It was obvious that the room had been slept in and was not cleaned properly. I went to the front desk again the next day, but they still didn't admit their mistake. Did they mean that I deliberately put some hair there and put dust on the quilt and pillow? I am also an old customer and have stayed here many times. I have also gotten over some minor issues, but this time I absolutely cannot tolerate it, especially the attitude you took in handling the problem.
