環境很好，隔音 晚上睡覺安靜，帶娃出遊的，前台小姐姐很熱情，送了小玩具和水槍給孩子玩水去，還專門備了寶寶的拖鞋 和一次性小牙刷 ，唯一一點就是附近沒有啥吃的，外賣需要等50分鐘左右 ，優點是離煙台南站比較近，房間裏備有4瓶礦泉水，不夠的可以去前台免費取用 ，很滿意的一次入住體驗！

房間寬敞，床品乾淨，裝修簡約。周圍都是廠房，所以晚上很安靜。距離煙台南站步行約15分鐘，打車的話就2分鐘，還是很方便。前台服務很好，礦泉水也管夠。總體來説還是很滿意，值得種草！

如家商旅和如家ne O其實都在一幢樓內，分二個品牌，n e O在樓下幾層，商旅在樓上幾層，都是如家的，一個前台。距火車站步行20分鐘。挺好的。

房間很大，環境很好 離煙台南很近，步行也就10分鐘左右，房間收拾的很乾凈，尤其服務特別好，前台小姐姐很熱情，有問題馬上處理。

服務較為到位，早餐挺貴，周圍都是企業，看不見幾個人，也沒有便利店和餐飲店，除了離煙台南站比較近，沒有更多優勢。以後還是住在芝罘區為好。
