Staff were nice and executive lounge staff were very polite . There is a young staff at the Excutive lounge called flora. She is really friendly, professional and polite. She needs to be commended.

I should say the best part of this trip was the hotel. Staff on the front was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Yantai.

My friend stayed here one days and they have a seven months baby, Dennis Wang is very nice and considerate for they, especially for my baby, he supplied a baby cot and a toy for my little baby. We will stay here again for next holiday.

Great location - near to ChaoYang street with lots of bars and restaurants. Classy room, great view of Yantai beach. Good attention to detail.

A really nice hotel but it was soured by my husband being harassed. Deeply disappointed, will avoid this hotel if we visit Yantai again in the future.

The last hotel I stayed in before leaving Yantai alone was the Hilton World Trade Center Hotel, which is very close to Yantai Station. All the staff from the front desk to the lobby were warm and polite. The receptionist Ms. Xing (WeChat name) in the lobby also helped me upgrade to the cloud and sea view room on the 41st floor for free. The hotel corridor and the room were clean and tidy. From the large floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the room, you can overlook the sea in all directions and look up at the blue sky and white clouds in the sky. The ingredients in the hotel's Yuxi Chinese Restaurant are fresh, the dishes are beautifully presented, the taste is delicious, and the service is considerate. Before leaving the hotel, the lobby staff also gave me 2 big, red Yantai famous apples. When I ate them at home, they were crispy and sweet, and I didn't have to chew them at all. The management staff also answered all my questions. It was very comfortable. If you want to stay in a hotel, choose Hilton.

Then, the room area is about 40 square meters, the layout is relatively reasonable, and the bed is quite comfortable. In addition, the toiletries are also the taste I like. I especially want to praise the hotel's good service attitude and timely service response. The buckwheat pillow, water, and disposable bath bag I requested were delivered very quickly. For travelers, the hotel's location is really excellent! There is no subway in Yantai, and I mainly take a taxi when I go out. And here is very close to many attractions. Yantai Mountain, Suochengli, Chaoyang Street, are all within walking distance. It's a little farther to Yangma Island. I chartered a car to play for a day, and it took about an hour to drive to Yangma Island. Regarding meals, the hotel breakfast is quite rich, and the restaurant is also by the sea. The long side seats can enjoy breakfast and watching the sea. I like the freshly cooked noodles very much, they are delicious. There are several famous restaurants near the hotel, such as Mong Kok Fishing Village. In general, the most satisfying thing about this trip to Yantai is the hotel. Next time I come, I will probably consider staying here again~

It was a very satisfying stay. Wendy at the front desk was very attentive and enthusiastic. The experience was good. The hotel reception is on the 26th floor with a very good environment. Opposite the reception is the lobby bar and western restaurant, and you can directly overlook the sea. The gym and swimming pool are on the 6th floor of the hotel. The water in the swimming pool is very clean. The room facilities and equipment are very complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the food is delicious. Very good!
