Staff were nice and executive lounge staff were very polite . There is a young staff at the Excutive lounge called flora. She is really friendly, professional and polite. She needs to be commended.

I should say the best part of this trip was the hotel. Staff on the front was very welcoming and helpful.
I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Yantai.

My friend stayed here one days and they have a seven months baby, Dennis Wang is very nice and considerate for they, especially for my baby, he supplied a baby cot and a toy for my little baby. We will stay here again for next holiday.
