The room is spacious, warm, clean and tidy. The bathroom is not small and comfortable. I especially like the lady at the front desk. I left a good impression when I called to inquire. She was polite and considerate. The breakfast was good. It replenished comprehensive nutrition for the day. Freshly ground coffee, fruits, and a variety of fresh vegetables. You can order a variety of seafood, Spanish mackerel dumplings, roast duck and other Yantai dishes in the evening and at noon. The guest rooms are on the third floor. It is very convenient to eat on the second floor.

超低價訂到了超級合適的房間，位置很好找有很大的停車場，環境超級好還有早餐，進電梯需要刷卡安全可靠，二樓是餐廳下次來的時候要感受一下，總之超預期的好

留的南邊朝向還不錯，房間乾淨，佈局合理，入住時送的果盤，很暖心。就是隔音效果有待提高，晚上有入住客人在走廊説話都能聽到，總體滿意。值得推薦👍👍

這是我住過服務最差的一個酒店，沒有之一，整個就是一場噩夢，到現在都讓我們憤憤不平。我們住的是三樓最裡麪的倒數第二間，房間隔音非常差，應該是隔出來的房間，拉開窗簾有個小窗户，對着樓道，樓道里都是服務員晾曬的衣服。隔壁住着兩個喝醉酒的男性，11點半左右開始打電話，聲音非常大，都是污言穢語，罵街，影響我們休息，夜深人靜的説實話還沒有安全感。我們下去找前台三次更換房間，開始告訴我們沒有多餘房間，第三次下去才説有，讓她給經理打電話，她説這個時間沒法打，真讓人無語。到1點我們才能正常休息，這時告訴我們換房間還有什麼意義，兩個孩子已經睡了，也經不起折騰了。第二天找他們繼續交涉，服務員推脱經理還沒上班，其實經理就在大廳。經理説話更傷人“是你們不想換，跟我們沒關係”，明明是你們房間不隔音，質量有問題，也沒有提前明示，影響我們休息，還沒有負責任的態度。以後我們多次通過攜程，煙台文旅和市場管理等部門投訴，酒店就是一副死不認錯，拒絕協商的態度。唯獨攜程態度非常好，讓我們有所寬慰。這個酒店算是給煙台旅遊影響抹了黑。
