名宿老闆很好人，免費幫忙升級了房間，還允許提早入住。房間乾淨整潔無異味，躺在床上看投影很舒服，可以直接從民宿窗邊看到日落。

服務挺好的老闆人好，但是房間感覺不大行，位置偏，熱水很少洗澡不爽，説是海景房，面前全是爛船，廁所味道有點不好散，第一次住loft，感覺挺一般的

完全是盲訂，選了這家酒店，結果非常驚喜，環境很乾凈，老闆也很熱情，可以看到海，還有吧枱可以吃飯聊天，非常適合家人情侶朋友，而且離養馬島也很近，有很多網紅打卡點，夏天來養馬島玩很好的住宿選擇，而且離華晨宇演唱會場地也很近，性價比高，可以沖！

此次出行最滿意的住宿，很晚才來到住的地方，原行程計劃是呆一天，白天逛逛養馬島然後轉站蓬萊閣，但因為住到了自己心心念唸的複式房屋，所以臨時決定再此休整一天，給蓬萊閣留點遺憾吧，房屋很乾凈，功能齊全，地理位置優越，靠近養馬島，樓下有便利店和電動車鋪，對旅行人來説很友好。還有就是老闆娘人美心善，再來煙台時一定還來，強烈推薦大家！

來煙台4天，在這家民宿住了3晚。
房間佈置的很舒服，小朋友超級喜歡，樓層很高，幾乎聽不到樓下的噪音。
我們定的時候沒有看位置，所以離我們玩的地方挺遠的，都要打車。但是這邊離養馬島很近，打車十來分鐘吧，如果打算在養馬島這塊玩非常推薦。
老闆娘很熱情，我們初來乍到不熟悉，也沒做攻略就來了，問老闆娘，老闆娘給我們介紹了幾個地方，都不錯。
附近外賣就是一些家常菜燒烤之類的，點了幾次性價比也很高。民宿裏也可以自己做吃的，有鍋碗瓢盆和電磁爐。問了老闆娘，找了一個附近的海鮮市場買了點梭子蟹和鮑魚，回來清蒸了一下，吃的時候放了點薑末醬油和醋，味道很贊！

房間是上下的loft，樓下是沙發和洗手間，還有桌椅，窗外能看到部分海景。樓上是一張大床。與照片相比還是有點差距。
不足之處是小區地處偏僻，除了兩個小超市外沒有其他配套設施，早飯衹能在小超市買點東西解決。通往海邊的路也被施工擋住了，衹能通過窗户遠遠張望大海。
相對於旺季的價格500多元，感覺不太值。可是今年煙台太火了，小區已經住滿了，停車都很難。

房間很乾凈，第一天也是在這個小區住的，但是不是這棟樓，那個房間衞生很差，真的是沒有對比就沒有傷害。這個房間裝修風格也很喜歡，浴巾，床單，被套都是一次性的。進入到房間也沒有其它難聞的氣味。提點建議，房間裏沒有垃圾桶，有一個垃圾桶就更完美了。衹有廁所裏有一個垃圾桶。照片也是退房的時候，急急忙忙拍的。

房間很乾凈，非常非常乾淨，準備了一次性浴巾，特別好。很適合孩子，還有一些玩具，小朋友開心的不得了。樓下小區裏就有租電動自行車和電動汽車的，需要提前預訂更穩妥。
