上週住的，隔了幾天來評價。環境非常好，房間也很大，環境充滿詩意，一進酒店心情就非常舒暢愉悦，老闆娘人也特別好。

房間寬敞明亮，採光極好，周邊環境安靜，住過的性價比最高酒店。關鍵是公共空間多，有個會客廳和三樓露台可用。因為去煙台送女兒上學，服務員姐姐還免費讓我用洗衣機洗了床單被罩等從北京寄過來的經過一個夏天快發黴的用品，曬在三樓露台上，在陽光明媚的日子裏，感覺像是在自己家的別墅裏，服務員姐姐還幫我收被罩等，真有賓至如歸的感覺。這幾年住酒店體驗最棒的一次，明年暑假還去煙台，住“聞詩傾宿”！房間內部女兒在休息忘了拍，大床房親子房，空間採光絕對放心，想入住的可以看店家提供的圖片。鄭重聲明：我是住過的，被感動才如此描述，力挺！！！感謝店家給我在一個陌生的城市帶來回家的感覺！！！

十分差勁，先説重要的，被子和褥子應該是有蟎蟲，我皮膚特別敏感，稍微有點臟就癢癢，昨天折騰到三點都沒睡着，後來又起來洗了個澡，穿上衣服睡得，好歹熬過了一晚上，早上起來，渾身癢癢，撓的渾身發紅。再説次要的，屋裡沒有礦泉水，沒有肥皂，廁所沒有窗簾

酒店設施維護不佳:頭頂花灑堵塞，從旁邊漏水無法使用，牆磚翹起，無隔水簾，洗完澡馬桶也濕了。房間窗簾就在床頭正上方，漏一條縫，早上直接大太陽照臉。
隔音很差:隔壁聊天，打呼嚕，充電插電源的聲音聽的一清二楚，樓下車來車往，影響休息。
服務人員態度不錯。

非常幸運，在核廢水入海前去了煙台，並在這家酒店度過了很温馨三晚（事實上是我的妻子和兩個孩子，我則和我的愛犬在隔壁公園露營），服務周到，無為而治的管理，負責任地講，這個價位，這個位置，這個服務，這個硬件，絕對是無敵了，請相信一個行走江湖多年漂泊客的選擇。
