The room was clean and specious with a fridge and washing machine. The hotel looked 2 minutes walk from the beach. There’s a shop in front of the hotel and many places to eat around. The staff were friendly and polite. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday in Penglai

酒店離蓬萊閣，八仙過海和三仙山景區都很近，步行可達。酒店辦理入住的工作人員，不知道是不是老闆，服務態度非常好，房卡不好用還特地跑步給我們送來新卡。房間是公寓式的，帶抽油煙機冰箱洗衣機，可做飯。酒店辦理入住和進入房間不是一體的，要出門走一點路上樓。可能咱們受季節影響的原因，平時入住率沒那麼高，室內灰塵有一點點大，我們又重新全部用濕紙巾擦了兩遍，還有不知道哪來的蚊子，被咬了個包。周圍吃飯的地方挺多，物價不算便宜，因為我們也是從有海的城市過來的，所以沒點什麼海鮮。

根本就不是酒店，環境設施就是民宿，但是還沒有人家民宿乾淨，服務態度極差，沒事忽悠你在平台退款，商家問題不提前和客户溝通，到店後要求客户自行平台退款，自行安排住宿，預訂的是三人間，説給我升級海景房，一去查看就一個1.8米的床根本無法入住，千萬小心説升級都是騙人的，希望平台嚴肅處理，掛着羊頭賣狗肉，收的酒店的錢，住的確是民宿，屋內特別不乾淨，有之前客人剩下的水杯，最主要的是床墊子就是大彈簧墊子，太硬很影響睡眠質量，隔音效果特別差，熱水器沒有熱水，根本沒法洗澡，屋內還有垃圾都沒收走

房間還可以，民宿嗎！？不要期望值太高！乾淨就行了！我本不想評價！到店家有幾點服務實在讓人不吐不快！！！首先是wifi，説是有網，可問題是連上的網速度十幾kb讓人怎麼用？與其説有不能用，和沒有又有什麼區別？？？再説店家的發票，説加微信開電子發票，加了之後等通過等了半天也沒通過，趕時間就先走了，沒想到截止到我現在發評論也沒有通過，更別説開發票了，希望店家正視自己的態度，抓緊把發票開過來

有電梯。房間面積尚可，光線好，廁所無異味，排風和取暖不錯。若住2-3人會比較舒服，房間乾淨整潔，有冰箱和洗衣機也很方便。距離海邊3-4分鐘的時間。周邊餐飲很多，吃飯方便。整體感覺不錯
