優點：在市區，離煙台站很近，走着就可以到，附近商場和吃飯的地方很多 缺點：有點多。首先就是很舊，真的很舊。其實舊點關係倒是不大，就是衞生太差，沙發下還有臭襪子，裏面燈光很暗，馬桶、水池都比較臟，床頭燈還壞了一個，漱口杯的杯沿留有刷完牙之後的牙膏印子，應該是沒清洗，被子內檔真的很臟，有好幾塊血漬。幸虧帶來一次性的四件套和馬桶套、毛巾也自己帶了，牙膏牙刷也自己帶了，總之，衞生真的很差，我看前台的衞生評分是C級。酒店把燈修修、衞生提上來，相信後面的住客點評就會好很多。（忘記拍照片了）

周邊靠煙台站，走過去幾分鐘，地理位置優越，對面是振華商廈，附近有大悦城，就是房間內有點黑乎乎，用品很臟，都沒敢睡覺，床上用品太臟了，沙發上還有污跡，不過這個價在旺季估計衹能住這樣。

衞生差，燈暗的跟八十年代的煤油燈一樣，廁所味大，開了兩個小時門都散不出去味，潮，非常潮，床都是潮濕濕的，廁所還容易堵，前台態度極其差，沒住過怎麼噁心的酒店，還不如個民宿賓館，誰住誰糟心。
