物超所值，酒店房間寬敞，視野極佳，映入眼簾的美麗海景名副其實。早餐也很棒，食材較好。五一長假期間，價格也極其合理！！！最讓人難忘的就是酒店超乎想象的優質服務，五一長假最後兩天，恰逢煙台降温，酒店在免費提供酸奶外，針對降温天氣免費提供熱乎乎的薑茶、銀耳羹，還為女士免費提供紅糖，真是細節滿滿，服務超棒！並且在我們外出遊玩期間、打掃房間時，把放置在皮箱以外的小孩的襪子都清洗了！！！以後來煙台，還會住虹口大酒店的！

非常滿意的一次入住！定的山景房給我們升級了海景房，真是無敵海景啊！坐在飄窗看着海景海上的小船大船小島一覽無餘，因為下雨海景朦朧就像海市蜃樓不用出門都好浪漫啊，服務非常好，下午送了酸奶和麪包，晚上還送啦熱牛奶，洗長髮還送護髮素，走到海邊就五分鐘，海邊有一家海鮮店很好吃，臨走大堂經理還送我們兩個蘋果平平安安，謝謝啦

這個真的是我們住過服務態度最好最好最好的酒店了，是煙台老牌四星，設施會有一點舊但是衞生做的很好很乾凈，辦入住的時候工作人員聽到説有點中暑還特意準備了感冒靈和正氣水，然後一路幫我們拿着行李送到房間，每天都有準備牛奶小零食，真的推薦大家去煙台住這個地方，樓下就是第一海水浴場，步行也可以到煙台山！（酒店照片忘記拍了，放兩張煙台的海！！

服務態度真的特別特別好，第一次見到店員會把我送到房間的，房間裏還放了許多零食和酸奶，特別感動！還送一次晚上洗澡蒸桑拿的票，去蒸桑拿了很舒服。店員小姐姐人也特別好！早餐也很對花樣，很好吃！如果下次還來煙台，一定還會住這家酒店！
一個人來看演唱會，本來心裏很忐忑，但發現煙台人其實都很熱情好客～

海景房太讚了，面朝大海心曠神怡。離海邊非常近，過個馬路的事。吃飯出行也方便，出門就是觀光17路。
服務也很好，提供了小童牙刷，還有酸奶點心。每天還贈送牛奶🥛
