Ji Hotel (Yantai Binhai Square)

Generally speaking, the service staff are very good and enthusiastic, but the hotel facilities are not generally bad, it is the most uncomfortable stay. First of all, there is a strong smell in the room, like the smell of hair oil that can't go out. After a while, I can't bear it anymore. The front desk helped me to change the room, which is better but still has a faint smell. The toilet button doesn't work well and you need to use force to flush it. The shower head is crooked and can't be adjusted and keeps flushing against the wall. It's annoying but I can only bear it. What is even more speechless is that the hotel stopped the hot water due to maintenance during the peak water consumption period, but did not notify the guests, and did not know how to make a phone call. Could it be that if you are not in the hotel during the day, you will not be notified? I arrived at the hotel at six o'clock and washed it. It takes a few minutes to take a cold shower to realize that there is no hot water at all instead of slow. I asked the front desk and said they were repairing the water tank. At first they said they would come at nine o'clock, and then they said it would take another hour when the time came. My hair was wet and I even had a cold fever. There was no hot water until 10:30, and it was eleven. It takes more than one hour to finish burning. It’s really useless to wait. If I had known that there was no hot water at this late hour, I would have changed hotels long ago. What would it cost you. I was very angry. The hotel said they would give me a room voucher to use next time. I said bluntly that I would not stay at their house next time I came to Yantai, and then I was exempted from the room fee for this night, but this is all my very angry expression to the hotel I was afraid that I had a bad review. The experience was too bad. I checked out and booked another hotel the next day, which was much more comfortable. But what is commendable is that the service staff of the hotel are still working hard to solve the problem, but the supporting facilities can't keep up, it's a waste of good people.
