房間衞生：一般般，説不上很乾凈，但也不算差 地理位置：很好，開窗即是大海，視野很棒，而且下樓就是海，附近外賣挺多的，且都可以送貨上門 温度：差，我是冬季來，房子沒有暖氣，且靠近海邊風很大，窗户有一絲漏風，空調製暖效果並不理想，房子一直處於一個較冷的狀態 其它：房子經常斷電！短短三天斷電四次，天知道零下海邊斷電有多冷！和房東溝通，但是處理速度很慢，道歉態度僅限於言詞，人全程不出現，導致大冷天的收拾東西換酒店，個人體驗感真的非常非常差！或許夏天來會非常棒，但對冬天的來説這是住得最不滿意的一次

房間地理位置優越，樓下就是海灘，視野開闊，景色宜人，交通便利！老闆熱情，周到，會發訊息告知周邊配套設施和服務！

衞生一般，有小蟲子。空調水滴到下邊水桶裏接着，滴答滴答的聲音睡覺輕的可能有點問題💔入住體驗差強人意就是當個晚上睡覺的地方還行

房子一進去能看見大海，傍晚可以邊泡澡邊看海，房東還準備了浴缸套很貼心，帶孩子的出來旅遊可以考慮，樓下的廣場有滑梯等娛樂設備，而且樓下的海非常乾淨清澈，時間還可以去樓下租一個電動車🛵沿着海邊騎騎吹風。
