Really great room looks luxurious and free laundry i felt comfortable . probably go back again next time i visit love it so much

I needed a short little weekend getaway to clear my head so I came to Yantai to walk by the sea. Big comfy queen bed and about a dozen pillows to make my own fort.

The hotel is very clean and calm. the towels in the rooms are changed every day, the staff is professional and nice and also the location is near everything in Yantai. I recommend booking this hotel.

Beautiful! I wasn’t expecting the hotel to look this good . The city looks old . But I did enjoy my stay. Breakfast wasn’t so good, didn’t taste fresh

This is an international hotel. The room was very big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel is not far from the sea and has easy access to many attractions. The hotel looks very cool and I am looking forward to my next stay now.

Room is clean and complete with all the basic necessities. Design and arrangement of the room is quite unique. I like it.

I am happy to live here. yan tai is beautiful city. when I see new yantai today, I quite feel exciting.

Good: 1. The only reason I chose this hotel is the convenient location. It's easy to go anywhere in the center of the city. 2. Bedding was clean. To be improved: 1. The drier in the self-service laundry room was awfully dirty. I felt the filter had NEVER been cleaned. When I removed the filter from the drier, it was full of fabric debris and mold. I spent 5 minutes to clean it with a tooth brush before use. I guess the hotel didn't know that the filter should be cleaned each use or at least everyday, maybe because driers are not commonly used in China. However, if you have one in use, you should know the correct maintenance! 2. There were some mistakes of documentation/operation of the hotel. We changed our room for the last day of our stay (we had two bookings with the same hotel in a row), but the hotel didn't complete the registration from their end. They sent a "no show" notice to ctrip the agency after they helped us transfer to the new room of the 2nd booking. In addition, when we checked out, we returned the room key to the front desk in person. The front desk didn't tell us that there was a pending payment under our name but let us go. Later, the hotel sent a "no payment" notice to ctrip. We were already back to Canada so hard to find a way to make a payment. Ctrip had to deduct it from our security deposit. The hotel's management should be improved to do things correctly rather than sending all the wrong messages to client/agency.

Very good location, The staff is very nice. I values the cleanliness lower because the non-smoking room did smell like cigarrettes. For the rest, good. You can wash your clothes yourself. I would repeat.

Very Nice. Unexpectedly good accommodation right next to the bus station, very convenient to come and go to the airport.

Quite interesting and unusual hotel! There are rooms with arcade game machine! The personnel is professional and friendly. Very interesting interior design! The distance to the nearest attractions might be not walkable but easy to reach by taxi. Not far from railway station and next to a bus station. Highly recommend!
