十多年前第一次來煙台開發區旅遊，就住這裏 當時這個位置是最好的酒店了 近幾年隨着其他酒店陸續向西邊沿海建造，這裡有些老舊了 但是這裏的餐飲非常方便，走路到海灘也不遠 尤其暑期漲價不多，非常厚道

床墊比較窄比較硬不舒服，衞生也一般，因為這兩天有 税務人員來開會培訓對於接待我這種散客比較生疏，吃早點得趕早要不然什麼都沒有了，而卻食品衞生有待考證不知是我的問題還是酒店的問題第一天住宿時用完早餐後開始腹瀉
