Penglai Yueting Hotel

Try to avoid scams. Check-out was not possible even a few minutes before check-out. I made two phone calls in a row. I stayed at a hotel with good reviews, so I might as well pay extra and stay at another hotel.

The check-in experience was very bad. I booked Grand Court Hotel online, but when I navigated to the destination, I couldn't find it. I only saw the sign of Marriott Hotel. There was construction going on next to it, so I had to get off the car. Finally, I found the words Grand Court Hotel under the Marriott Hotel sign, but there was a car parked in front, blocking the words. I couldn't find the lobby either. After asking, I found out that it is part of the same hotel as Marriott. Oh, this own goal, I really want to curse! It was even more bizarre when we checked in and parked in the underground garage. They asked for a deposit of 200 yuan, which was confiscated after negotiation. What was even more bizarre was that to enter and exit the garage, we had to go up and down the stairs to find the front desk to notify the doorman to open the door manually with the remote control. In today's intelligent world, this approach is puzzling. I went to the service desk to report it and got all kinds of explanations, as if as long as they don't mind the trouble, it's other people's business to bother them. The original good impression of Penglai seemed to have been lost a lot.

The service is so poor, it's like they owe you money.

The bathroom environment is not very good, the decoration is old and it is quite dirty. The main problem is poor service attitude! Difference! Difference! Check in carefully

The facilities are old

幫朋友訂的，朋友反饋説酒店的位置很好，離蓬萊閣很近。客房設備一般偏簡陋，衞生打掃的乾淨，地庫有免費停車場。特別強調這個五星好評是給前台和車場保安大叔的，他們都相當勤業和敬業。並告知這個酒店有一個明顯特徵是業主十分吝嗇，如今但凡像點樣的酒店，礦泉水都是敞開提供的。這家的水是商用的雜牌便宜貨，2瓶免費飲之外的水居然每瓶要賣2元。外賣送一整件12瓶單瓶550ml的農夫山泉來也不過22元，雜牌的一整件從6-10元都有。這間的雜牌水要賣2塊一瓶，比較罕見。朋友自己叫了一件農夫山泉外賣送來。
