設施：酒店有電視機可以看好多電視劇，W F也好用，空調冷暖兩用，暖氣片也有，房間大采光通風好，衞生間洗澡水大温度適宜。
衞生：阿姨每天都打掃衞生，乾淨整潔，大堂也大乾淨清爽。床品睡覺舒服。
環境：煙台站五分鐘即到，汽車總站八分鐘就可以走到，公交車出行也方便。環境很好。
服務：前台小姐姐熱心服務周到，打掃房間阿姨也蠻勤快，保安小哥還幫忙修輪椅踏板。去年來煙台也是住的怡萊酒店。今年來這次連住7天。

設施稍微老舊一些，不過服務還是很好，雖然臨近火車站，還是很安靜的，上電梯三樓就是，不要走錯電梯，床鋪睡的很舒服，不是那種彈簧床，交通便利，離公車站都很近，附近有商場超市，餐飲很多

位置：煙台站南廣場過馬路就到，非常的近。不管是到達還是出發都很方便。
設施：特價房房間無窗，礦泉水，電視，空調，一次性拖鞋都比較齊全，但是房間沒有提供抽紙。
衞生：衞生很一般，房間不知道打掃沒有，牆紙比較臟，特別是馬桶還有幹了的血。
住了兩晚，阿姨打掃竟然沒有換床單，而且紙巾也沒有提供新的，衹有前一晚用剩的一卷。
環境：周邊吃住比較方便，走幾百米有大潤發，肯德基，燒烤。
酒店提供早餐10/人，需要當天早上在前台領早餐券，早餐需要到一樓的永和豆漿用卷兑換，這個店吃飯的人非常的多，最少要等20分鐘左右才能領餐（排單很多的情況下前台會暫停點單），早餐店服務人員態度不是很好，收託盤看人下菜碟，看你好説話的就直接收走，別的人一樣在用託盤她直接忽略。
（酒店旁邊的什麼小姜燒烤網評很差，建議不要去吃）
服務：酒店服務人員還行。
其他：同樣是怡萊酒店，煙台這家店比洛陽的差很多。
洗衣房：洛陽店有洗衣機烘乾機，煙台店衹有洗衣機，而且很舊（洗衣房在一個昏暗的隔間），且沒提供洗衣液。
