就在火車站和汽車站旁邊，位置相當優越，樓下餐廳挺多，經濟實惠好吃不貴。酒店服務貼心環境一流，下次來還住這個酒店。

環境不錯就是隔音太差 當時去沒有熱水了但是第二天免費延時退房到3點總體來説挺好的

離煙台汽車站很近，去煙台山、朝陽街、所成裏也不遠，設施稍微有些老舊，房間的牆面有點臟，床單被套感覺也是用了很久，已經不再是雪白的了，隔音不好。

位置特好。離火車站很近。周邊吃的很多。離網紅南洪街很近。還有個小商品批發市場。酒店設施有點陳舊。是七天風格。我們住的房間較小窗户有點故障，不過不影響整體住宿感受。就是衞生間下水道有點慢堵，下水不太利。隔音效果好。前台接待熱情。
