The first time I stayed at Lanou Hotel, the service experience was really good. Manager Liu’s service was so caring. The overall stay at Lanou gave us a feeling of home, which is worthy of praise!

對這個酒店期待很高，畢竟各個平台評價都是4.9分以上，入住後才明白都是好評刷分得來的。1.設施老化。外觀和宣傳圖片不一致，窗户沒有能上鎖的，噪音嚴重，不安全。入住三天兩晚沒有洗上澡，全天沒有熱水。電梯老化，維修時間太長，晚9點顧客扎堆呆在一樓半小時以上，修好後也搖搖欲墜，安全係數太低。床單不乾淨。2.服務敷衍。第一天入住時晚9點40分反映洗澡沒水，前台説來人維修，等到11點睡覺也沒來維修；第二天繼續反應沒水，不給換房也沒維修。前台小姐姐笑容很明媚，就是不給解決實際問題，無效溝通。
總而言之，性價比很低，體驗感極差，也就100來塊錢快捷酒店的水準。來次煙台，海邊吹個海風，頭都洗不上，頭髮都打結了，可想而知的糟糕！！！

首先服務態度特別好，提供夜宵～ 夜宵種類還算豐富。
本來套餐裏包含的早餐衹有一份，心思再買一份的，前台直接贈送了一份～ 很開心。
早餐種類也很豐富，能選擇的範圍廣。
總體體驗都很滿意。

房間挺好的，雙床也挺大，有夜宵有早餐，主要我們房間下面有兩個空調外掛機，晚上很吵！然後洗手池很臟，不知道是沒刷還是怎麼回事！

大家都説有禮品，反正我沒有，送的夜宵沒有提醒我用，也沒有烤地瓜，送貨機器人挺可愛，但是裏面挺臟的，説有健身房結果在維護，在酒店住最在乎乾淨不乾淨，淋浴間地面不是很乾凈，花灑看起來很久沒有清理了，遙控器也很臟，清潔不到位。
優勢：飲用水可以隨便喝，可以免費停車，有一些管家服務：比如借用冰箱。
