臨近小吃街，非常好。離火車站也不遠，司機都説我們住這挺好的。我們三個人喝水多，水隨便拿。房間乾淨舒適衞生，前台幫放了行李。離火車站也不遠，下次來玩還住這。

賓館有一定年頭。但是設施還是比較齊備。房卡需要每天到下面服務枱刷新一次。位置還是不錯，附近生活非常方便。煙台的景色還是很不錯的。養馬島非常好玩。

離煙台輪渡那裡很近，是幸福夜市地段，適合體驗市井氛圍，附近吃喝都很棒，但是也有點堵車。
離所城裡煙台山朝陽路等有點距離，我們自駕，無所謂。
這個價位是真是很有性價比了！
