酒店地理位置很不好，靠在馬路邊，我的房間也是靠在馬路邊的，晚上10:30就準備睡覺了，到了半夜1:30了，還是吵的睡不着，來來回回車太多了，大半夜下樓去問你們酒店店員看看能不能換房間，沒有靠小區邊的房間我理解，畢竟太晚了，客房都滿了正常，但怎麼你們這麼大的如家酒店，連個耳塞都沒有??沒有也得想辦法解決吧，就靠一張嘴告訴我換不了房間也沒有耳塞就完事了???我第二天有很重要的考試，但我半夜兩點都還睡不着，第二天困得不行，這個責任你們負擔的起???而且不光是我，半夜坐電梯下去找你們的時候，遇到另一個住户，她是因為隔壁房間一直有説話聲吵的睡不着，很明顯，説明酒店隔音也非常差，我從來都不給差評，但這回實在忍不了了，這種噪音聲導致你們被投訴應該不止一次了吧，地理位置不好，最起碼耳塞得配備上，服務質量得跟上吧，連一句道歉都沒有，這就是你們酒店的態度!!接下來要定這家酒店的寶子們千萬看看房型，要麼別訂這家，要麼訂窗户朝向小區的，不然真的太影響睡眠質量了!

前台接待熱情高效，主動幫忙拿行李 響應速度超快，需要物品幾分鐘就送到房間
退房時還送了小瓶礦泉水，細節暖心 床品乾淨柔軟，一夜好眠無噪音
衞浴水壓充足，熱水來得快 樓下就有市場，飯店，夜宵無憂 整體非常整潔，地毯無污漬，浴室無毛髮 每天打掃及時，補充用品很足

位置優越離紅星美凱龍特近，交通便利，有免費停車場，酒店設施齊全，環境好，裝修時尚大氣簡潔，房間乾淨整潔，床很軟，24小時熱水，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，價格實惠，個人覺得性價比蠻高
