Centralised heating system, which means there’s no way we can control the temperature of the hotel room. Feels like a sauna!

之前看評論還擔心會不會有什麼問題，擔心衞生和服務。但是實際到了之後感覺很不錯。
🍃環境：很棒，很大，綠樹成蔭，精緻談不上，但是很大，很大氣。樹木很大，道路很好。
大廳挑高六七層高，敞亮。房內高有四米左右。舒坦。
🚗 交通：最大的亮點是離景點很近。自駕方便不提，坐公交的話從後門出去，很方便，有17路可以到煙台大學小吃街煙台山，很方便。去棧橋，兩個海水浴場走路即可。
🧹衞生：很乾凈，不管是內還是外。
🔔服務：很貼心，之前擔心服務不好。並不是，服務很好。服務員很貼心。門迎很漂亮。

設施：酒店整體設施有點老牌酒店的感覺，能看出比較有歷史，我住的房間有一面正對着床的鏡子，這個蠻多人會忌諱，訂房的時候可以注意一下或者酒店如果能改進可能會更好
衞生：衞生情況大部分能看見的部分還不錯
環境：窗外海景沒得説，正對着棧橋，如果天氣好應該可以在房間看日出
服務：服務人員比較熱情，不過連住期間建議不要早上太早開始客房服務，九點敲門人還在睡覺...

設施環境非常好，海邊公園裡的酒店。出了酒店就是海景，棧橋，月亮灣......風景美不勝收。17路公交就在樓下😀。值得推薦入住的酒店👍👍👍

賓館位於棧橋對面，距離月亮灣、海水浴場、漁人碼頭等景點都很近。床單被罩有些發黃介意的自帶，枕頭兩種軟硬自選。早餐自助還可以，去得比較早品類比較全，味道一般，哈密瓜很甜。前台可以換門禁卡，從小門出去對面就是棧橋，門口就是公交站，可以乘坐17路環海遊。
