Good location and good environment. When I booked the loft, I was only told that there were no windows and no elevator. I never expected that the air conditioner only blew air at room temperature. The room was like a steamer and I couldn't sleep! If I had known this, who would have saved two or three hundred yuan!

This is a hotel that is not very friendly to individual travelers. The hotel environment is really good and the rooms are pretty good. However, there is an overall lack of management and a very poor sense of proactive service. 1. I originally chose to stay because it is close to the sea, but if I want to go to the seaside, I need to exchange my room card for an access card. Because there are so many people, and I don’t have an access card, I can only go around the main entrance to the beach, which takes about twenty minutes on foot. Instead of actively solving the problem, the front desk staff blamed the problem on too many guests... Is it so difficult that this is the fault of our guests? They also suggested that if I couldn’t go to the beach, I could take a walk in their hotel garden. Did I run from Beijing to Yantai to see your garden? We came to see the sea. 2. For the Chinese buffet, I called and was told it was 80 per person. I thought the price was okay, so I went. Someone on the road told us 60 per person. At noon we eat at 60 per person. I went back in the evening and was told it was 80 per person, and that lunch and dinner were all 80 per person. I said, why are we allowed to eat at 6pm at noon? ...There was an argument in the middle, but 60 people still ate dinner. At noon the next day, I paid 80 yuan directly because no one was short of the 20 yuan. But this reflects the chaos of hotel management and is obviously unfriendly to individual guests! It’s better to learn more from Zibo! Of course, the hotel does not lack a few of us individual guests. People from all over the country come here for meetings. Who do we think? The service staff almost rolled their eyes at us! That’s a 20 yuan advantage! 3. When booking a room, I saw there was a swimming pool. It turned out that the swimming pool was charged separately, 150 per person! But when I booked a room on Ctrip, it didn't say there was a separate charge for the swimming pool. 4. The smell in the corridor is very strong, or it may be musty. Finally, I would like to say that during this trip to Yantai, I have always felt the hospitality of the people of Shandong. Even the taxi drivers are very friendly. But all the good feelings were almost ruined by Yantai Dongshan Hotel! I hope that other guests who will stay in the future will ask clearly before checking in to avoid stepping into the trap.

滿意，服務的小姐姐們都很熱情，服務態度很好，有耐心，還免費提供了小桶鏟子，住的的地方離棧橋超級近，在房間窗户可以看到外面的海，環境不錯，而且安靜，安全，出門馬路上就可以坐上雙層17路車，沿着海岸線轉。都是景點打卡的地方。車票一元，而且吃早餐的地方也很乾凈，不過吃多少拿多少，不夠再拿，品種很多，還有水果，一般情況都是不能打包的。停車方便。東山賓館院裏也很大，還有荷花池呢，不過沒顧上看，以後有機會還去。這次自駕遊非常愉快。價格也很親民！推薦大家入住。

環境無敵，貴賓館系列主打的就是位置好佔地大設施豐富，旺季難得有這個性價比，但除此之外泛善可陳。 園景房間在一樓，私隱性極差，窗外就是停車位，我和窗外的奧迪車主面面相覷，酒店住客使用泳池居然也要收費，房間宛如國企封閉培訓常用的內部招待所，也難怪很多房間門上貼着名字，酒店閑逛時也看到很多山東體制內穿搭的住客。沒有高星酒店的開夜床就算了，吃完的外賣放在房間門口自然也是沒有人收的，早餐就更差了，連智選假日、全季這個等級都有現煮麪檔了，而這家的早餐宛如走進一個街頭十元早餐鋪，素菜的種類倒是五六七八種（迷惑）。 雖然抱怨了這麼多，但旺季再來煙台的話我興許還會選擇他家，因為位置好公區好溢價少，和其他漲得飛起的酒店實屬性價比了，衹是之後我會選擇他家最便宜的閣樓房。如果要提點什麼建議，翻新不是説説就能啟動的所以不做期望，那起碼早餐拿出點國賓館的品質，客房點餐除了套餐也照顧下一個人，另外就是及時打掃房間。

續了兩天房咱接着評價，先誇一誇酒店的套餐，四菜一湯衹要外面一份海腸撈飯的價格，苦菊拌薰魚乾幾乎被減脂期的姐姐承包了，不吃海鮮的妹妹幹掉了半盤番茄貝丁，海腸撈飯沒有外面的油亮光鮮，但用料一點都不含糊，娘三個吃得非常滿意，給大廚點贊👍 再補充一下酒店的地理優勢，六號樓出門，左手邊下去（東北門），過個馬路就是棧橋，看日出日落不要太方便。人多中年，終於在煙台成功看到了日出😁 最後，再次感謝六號樓的工作人員，從前台到客房服務，你們的熱情讓孩子感受到了什麼是“好客山東，你們的專業和敬業深深觸動了職業倦怠期的我，向你們致敬🌹🌹🌹
