The employee at the reception agreed to cancel the rest of the nights we booked, even though she didn't have to, it was very nice of her. The hotel room was very small, and at night you could hear the people in the room next to each other talking. Nevertheless, the location of the hotel was very central and easy to get to.

The worst check-in experience ever, I didn't sleep a wink all night, there was a quarrel in the next room, and the other side was talking! The hotel is like a big classroom with no soundproofing! I forgot to take my eyebrow pencil (which I bought recently and was quite expensive) after using it in the morning. I was very tired because I didn’t have any rest. I wanted to rush to the new hotel early in the morning, but I left it behind... I called the front desk and said no, I said no. I want to say, can you have some quality, some customer awareness, and the patience to look for it, confirm it, and then reply to me? A miserable night! There will never be a hotel like this again.
