房間空間還算可以，但是床單被罩都沒有換。特別是床單，哪怕保潔大姐稍稍用點心整理一下也還好，上一位客人睡的印子都還在。衞生間裏衹有涼水，沒有熱水。空調噪音太大而且還不熱，早上六點左右消防警報就響個不停，特別糟糕的一次體驗

空調遙控器是英文的，讓服務員幫忙調一下還不耐煩，男拖鞋還有一衹沒有鞋面的，服務員讓我們自己去拿着換的。牆角瑟瑟發抖的蜘蛛網。沒想到是這樣的一家酒店。

一般般，尤其前台服務真差，打電話諮詢停車問題，態度那是一個字絕，交了一百按金，走的時候説原路返回，都過去好久了，都沒退回來，打電話説網絡壞了，有延遲，騙鬼呢。打完電話3秒就退回來了。真垃圾。

前台接待的一個上年紀的女的 ，對每個人的態度都像是誰欠她錢一樣，特別不耐煩，板著臉還翻白眼， 家人問我這人怎麼回事，我為了照顧家人情緒就説可能她剛剛遇到不太友好的客户，不是針對我們，結果諮詢、辦入住、最後面一個人拿完行李後補刷人臉，三次接觸無論問她一句什麼都是這樣一副愛搭不理的面孔，氣的我妹都恨不得上去跟她吵一架，不説服務了，甩臉子給別人算怎麼回事？！
房間裏也是一股黴味臭味，尤其衞生間 燈光超級暗 非常不愉快的一次入住體驗
