必須給一個五星好評，酒店位置非常好導航直接到酒店門口 進入酒店就看到服務人員熱情的微笑前台Evelin辦理入住很細心 詢問都耐心的解答 房間乾淨又智能 床墊和枕頭非常地舒適 外賣都會有機器人送到房間非常方便 健身房器材很齊全 也有自助的洗衣房 此次入住非常舒服 很值得推薦 這裏將會是我的不二之選

這次住的酒店太滿意了！房間乾淨得沒話説，床單被罩都是新換的。位置也方便，出門走幾步就是公交站，樓下南洪街還有小吃，對面就是振華商廈，往前走幾公里就是大悦城，下次來還選這。酒店服務特別貼心，剛到門口就有人幫忙提行李，前台工作人員小崔和小衣態度極好，總是帶着微笑服務。晚上睡覺特別安靜，床也舒服，第二天起來渾身都輕鬆，性價比真高。本來沒抱太大期望，結果超出預期了！房間空間比想象中大，衞生做得很到位，連衞生間的角落都乾乾淨淨。離景區近，逛累了回來特別方便，推薦給來玩的朋友。

一次超出預期的舒適之旅，從踏入大堂的那一刻，温暖便撲面而來。前台工作人員Monica笑容親切，辦理入住高效利落，還貼心告知了酒店內餐廳與健身房的位置，客房的體驗也很讓人驚喜，床品柔軟，房間陳設質感滿滿，窗外的城市景緻為旅途增添了幾分愜意，而且衞生清潔做的也非常好，早餐的品類豐富，滿足不同口味需求，食材新鮮度與口感都在線。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都能完美契合需求，算是在市中心，距離各大商超都很近，下次再來這座城市，這裏依然會是我的首選！

酒店的服務從踏入大堂就很暖心，前台辦理入住效率很高，前台Monica服務很好，房間本身更是讓人驚喜，床品軟硬適中，躺上去彷彿陷進雲朵，隔音效果很好。浴室乾濕分離，熱水出水快，洗漱用品的自然香味也格外清新舒適，整體入住下來很滿意，員工響應速度很快，以後有機會還會再來。

酒店設施、房間物品都很新，但是剛進房間還是有很重的味道，開空調會好很多；早餐很豐富，還是很推薦的；但是客房服務一般，我們連住兩天，第二天早上10左右出門遊玩，晚上8點左右才回到酒店，打開房門驚呆了，出門前什麼樣，回來就還是什麼樣，一點沒有收拾整理的痕跡，哪怕不換床單被套，也要換毛巾浴巾，收拾垃圾之類的吧……給前台打去電話讓換毛巾，還説明瞭房間一整天沒有人收拾，她説瞭解下情況，然後安排人員。過了十分鐘左右吧，一位客房人員拿來了兩條小毛巾，沒錯，就是毛巾，也沒有浴巾方巾什麼的，我又一次表述了我的需求，所有毛巾、浴巾都要換；又過了十分鐘左右吧，來了另一位客房人員螞蟻搬家搬的換了毛巾、一次性用具，然後簡單的收拾了垃圾…怎麼説呢，一個算中高端的酒店實在不應該出現這種情況！

這家酒店的體驗感超棒！房間衞生做得很好，沒有任何衞生死角，環境安靜不嘈雜，休息得特別好。前台lucy 服務熱情又耐心，不僅快速辦理手續，而且有需求響應及時，真的特別省心靠譜。 另：提點小建議：這個時候的天氣還不是很冷，酒店的大被子真的太大太重，雖然前台幫忙關了暖氣，但房間還是太熱了，可能是南北體感差異吧，
