The hotel is newly renovated, with good facilities, large rooms and good lighting. The service is just average. I stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned on the second day. After I told the room attendant in the afternoon, they only replenished two bottles of water, changed the garbage bag and small towels, and did not make up the bed sheets. When I checked in, I discovered that the bottle of hand sanitizer on the sink was empty. The next day, I deliberately placed it upside down on the sink, thinking that I could help refill it. However, when I picked up the bottle, it was still empty. I complained to the front desk by phone, explaining that the lady on the floor had been on leave for a few days and the junior staff were not doing their job well. A family room costs more than 400 yuan a night, which is not cheap. Are you not going to do the cleaning properly just because some employees have taken leave? I can't understand.

I checked in because of the high ratings. The environment was good. I checked in late. As soon as the sun rose, the light from the curtains hit my face and I couldn't sleep at all. When I checked out, the front desk lady said I could ask the front desk to change rooms. I would be able to sleep after changing rooms at 6 or 7 in the morning. The lady also meant well. There was a socket on only one side of the room and not on the other side. This is not humane.
