The environment and facilities are okay, but the service is very unsatisfactory. When I checked in at night, I didn't pay attention because it was too late. The front desk asked me for my mobile phone number and verification code. Normally, no hotel requires a verification code. The front desk did it without my knowledge and opened the membership. I didn’t realize it until I saw the text message on my phone today. And I redeemed two breakfasts with points. When I asked the front desk what time the meal was, I was told that breakfast was not included in our room. I said that I redeemed it with points. Isn't the front desk not trained?
