老闆很熱情，步行到金沙灘30分鐘，距離夾河大橋，萬達購物中心，打車都是起步價。距離位置很滿意，周邊超市和飯店都全。很好的體驗。老闆的游泳圈和夾子免費給大夥使用，太貼心了。推薦的映像煙台，也很好吃。

酒店是如家不幹了讓出來的房間又改的，看得出某些地方翻新了，比如水龍頭就是新的，但是總體還是舊舊的，比如空調風速調大會震動，廁所的花灑讓人不會用，窗簾不能從中間分開，但是前台服務態度挺好

這家民宿特別好，樓下停車方便，老闆服務熱情，還能借救生圈和其他趕海工具，地理位置去海邊和市場都很方便，適合家庭遊，要是下次有機會再去一定還是選擇這裏。

設施：床很軟，設施沒有老化跡象
衞生：打掃得很乾凈，剛去的時候還可以聞到消毒水的味道
環境：周圍有好多飯店，離景區也都不遠
服務：老闆人很好，把煙灰水灑床單上了也沒有讓賠，説話温温柔柔的
