房間挺乾淨的，位置就在煙大對年，離煙大小吃街一公里這樣，旁邊有華潤，都還挺方便的，睡的也特別舒服，淡季價格也不貴

首先，房間很乾凈，沒有異味，一進門特別温馨，房間配備洗衣機，尤其夏天，有洗衣機太讚了 ，衞生間很乾凈，熱水很足，出水量大，洗澡很舒服，房東很好，有求必應 ，交通方便，樓下有17路公交車，去煙台山，海水浴場漁人碼頭都很方便 ，這是旅遊居住地好地方 ，大屏投影非常爽，白天逛累了，晚上看個電影很是愜意，總之非常滿意

房東大姐熱情服務，有問必答，有求必應，我們一家五口人在這家民宿居住的感受十分美好。周圍環境十分安靜，衹有大自然的聲音讓人感到心曠神怡，步行十來分鐘就到海邊，可以游泳趕海。房型舒適，設施完善，讓人覺得非常便利。在這裏住得非常舒服，我強烈推薦這家民宿！
