衞生：很乾凈，報警天天打掃，
環境：地理位置很好，旁邊就是小吃街，還有機器人送上樓，地暖也很nice

每位酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生，這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值，下次有機會一定會再來。尤其前台那個隋高遠小姐姐很熱心腸，我問周邊的好玩好吃的很認真在推薦

酒店服務非常棒。前台服務員很專業，有疑問儘可能的幫忙解決，還會提醒早餐時間，早餐如家這碗麪吃完很舒心，選擇性蠻多的，酒店還有洗衣房，這是個亮點，工作人員還可以幫忙烘乾，很棒的服務

我和老婆過來看親戚，這個酒店給我很大的驚喜，一進門服務人員的態度特別好，給人一種回家的舒適感，房間也很温馨乾淨，而且點外賣機器人還能送到房間，一樓洗衣房也很方便，特別喜歡，下次回煙台還來這住，前台隋高遠也很專業，入住之前很耐心給我們介紹房價房型，帶我們去看，總之很滿意

非常滿意，床柔軟被子乾淨，安靜沒噪音，智能馬桶，早餐豐富可口，餐廳服務人員很熱情，退房離店時遇上還和我們打招呼再見，煙台是個好地方真不捨得走。

房間床品乾淨整潔，零壓床墊、枕頭比較舒適，智能馬桶人性化。
房間晚上很安靜，沒有雜音，有助於睡眠。
前台工作人員對待工作和客人是認真的。辦理入住時，看到我們有小孩，專門送了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷，很用心。
出了酒店大門，就是各種早餐店，能滿足孩子、長者的需求，很方便。
