The services provided by the B&B have such precise time limits, so why don’t I come to stay at your house at 9:30 in the morning and leave at 6 in the afternoon? 2. The environment is quite good, it is a courtyard-style room, but be careful, especially there are several dummy clothes placed at the gate. It looks okay during the day, but it is really scary at night. There are many written words hanging on the corridor. white banner, looks real at night. I won’t say anything like it. Everyone can experience it themselves. And there are a lot of mosquitoes. All in all, I didn't sleep well all night. I always felt that there was a rustling sound outside, which made me panic. 3. The layout of the room is okay, but the paintings placed there are really incomprehensible. The smell in the bathroom is very serious and very fumes. 4. The curtains on the window sill were always closed. I opened them out of habit, but found that the window sill was completely covered with dust. It had not been cleaned for at least a week, right? 5. The location is too difficult to find. The address provided on your platform does not match the actual address. Either you contact us in advance or change the address. I couldn't find it even after a long walk around. 5. The lighting in the room is extremely dim, and I have the habit of reading before going to bed. I cannot read, and cannot see at all. Although four hundred yuan is not a lot, it is still a lot. In short, the price/performance ratio is not high. People with children should really consider it carefully and don’t scare their children. There are no requirements for environmental services. If you want to experience this kind of courtyard house, you can come and live there. Otherwise, you really can’t stay here. It sucks to spend money.

The environment is prepared, but the hygiene is particularly poor. There are sand, hair ties and hair from the previous hotel in the bathtub, which is very hygienic. The room was not ventilated and was very smelly. The whole room smelled of mold. There were toys thrown by children who had stayed there before under the big kang. My child stayed one night and fell ill with a virus infection the next day, which was very pitiful. Since you are running an old house B&B, you should do a good job of hygiene, otherwise a lot of bacteria will breed inside.

所城裡超美的院子，鬧中取靜。房間很乾凈，老闆還送了兩個煙台蘋果，超級好吃。附近停車、吃飯都很方便，距離網紅景區走路就能到達。下次來煙台還會住在這裏，希望房間不要漲價。

位置優越：位於煙台市中心，就在所城裡古城景區內，交通便利，周邊景點眾多，如萬達廣場、煙台山等； 環境優美：許多民宿保留了傳統的建築風格，具有古樸的韻味。同時，也注重庭院的佈置和綠化，營造出寧靜、舒適的居住氛圍； 設施齊全：房間乾淨整潔，配備了現代化的設施，如空調、電視、無線網絡等；

民宿位置很優越，就在所城裡，早起尤其是晚上逛所城裡非常方便。房子是老式建築，挺有特色的，外觀很美，院子裏的環境也好看，隨便拍個照都很美。房間內部裝修過，各種設施都基本齊全，衞生間做到了乾濕分離。床頭有個投影儀，幕布剛好做窗簾。唯一需要提個小建議，就是衞生可以做得再細緻一點，比如窗台上的灰，比如地毯（要麼乾脆別鋪地毯吧）之類總而言之，拋開可能旅遊旺季的溢價，體驗感還是不錯的。時間充裕，三五朋友在院子裏喝茶喝咖啡聊天體驗慢生活，感覺可能會更好。

這是一家第一次讓我認真坐下來認真評價的酒店，第一次全酒店不喊我客人，直呼我名字的酒店.大家都很熟悉，來了跟回家一般，安排的妥當且温馨，去過那麼多地方。第一次讓我感覺的離家不遠的地方。古色古香.有家的温馨,也有豪門大院驕縱公主的感覺。來煙台一定要來住的地方.非常感謝酒店工作人員的認真付出。
