Yantai Penglai Administrative Service Center Atour Hotel

The room was very large, the elevator ran smoothly, and the welcome screen on the TV actually had my last name on it. It was a heartwarming experience. The island counter separates the rest area from the bathroom area, which is very modern. The bed is soft and I had a good sleep. There was no noise around. The elevator also requires a card, which is quite safe. Late-night porridge is really delicious for southerners who haven’t been able to eat rice since arriving in Yantai! In addition to porridge, there are also various small buns with fillings! Because I was on a business trip and had a temporary printing need, I didn’t expect that the hotel could print for free. This is so convenient! There were two more bottles of water in the room than in other hotels, which means a total of 4 bottles. When checking out, they also asked if we needed warm water. It's really great to have such a stay experience for less than 300 a night. I will stay at Atour again next time I come to Penglai!

The sanitation is very good and the rooms are large. However, the hotel provides shuttle service, which is very convenient for going to scenic spots. The newly opened hotel is perfect in all aspects and the service is in place. I will come again next time

The overall facilities are quite complete and the front desk service attitude is very good. But the room was not cleaned, there was dirty liquid on the bathroom floor and hair on the sofa in the room. The hotel staff claimed that insufficient staff led to delayed cleaning.

The sewers were blocked and the room was flooded, which affected my mood. After trying for a long time, I still couldn't fix it. I asked them to turn down the shower water, otherwise the bathroom would overflow again!

If you take your children to Penglai for a holiday, don't choose this hotel. It smells. We arrived too late. The child was a little tired when we changed hotels. The female service in the last room we changed was really annoying. She interrupted me as soon as I spoke and said, "I know." What an attitude! She also said she couldn’t smell anything in the room. I guess I’m sensitive to smells! The most annoying thing is that I waited for 10 minutes but they didn't contact me about changing the room. Finally, I called the front desk and they changed it. . . The good news is: there are few people at the front desk. I have stayed in many Atour Hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered such good service in Penglai! I had a headache after staying there for more than 10 minutes! Also, the hotel toilet is not smart. . . There is no Xiaodu either. . . In the middle of the night, the air conditioner suddenly started to roar, so I had to turn it off at 4 o'clock before going to bed. This is my first bad review for Atour Penglai!

Very poor service
