3室2廳的房間，正好和朋友3人，一人一間，連主卧衞生間，一共兩個衞生間，房內設施齊全，據説可以做飯，不過我們都是在外面解決了😃
房間整體很新。地理位置不錯，在華潤萬象府裏面，出了小區外面就是萬象滙商場，距離煙大小吃街，和海邊也不太遠。樓下就有大家都會打卡的17路公交，去海邊各浴場會比較便捷。
住宿辦理也比較便捷，住起來比較舒服。

這是我住過這麼多民宿裏面最滿意的一個，首先房間超級乾淨，設施齊全，也很新，關鍵非常安靜，特別適合睡眠不好的我，因為帶着長者孩子，買了點海鮮想自己蒸煮，房東還貼心的給送過來一個蒸鍋，小區環境也很好，樓下小花園裡有滑梯，鞦韆等，不出小區就可以遛娃。小區外有步行街，還有很多商鋪，方便逛吃。離煙大小吃街和海水浴場也不遠，走路十幾分鍾就到，最關鍵房東很熱情，給我們推薦了趕海的地方，和可以吃到山東特色飯菜的飯店，讓這次行程非常圓滿。

一家人旅行，住在這裏特別好。
民宿位於萊山區煙台大學對面，去各個景點都很方便。從煙台大學穿過去就是煙大海灘，煙大小吃街步行可達。小區後面是萬象滙，周邊便利店、餐館、葯店，購物吃飯很方便，側門出去有一家二兩包子，味道不錯，乾淨，可也解決早飯。小區外有停車場，停一晚10元。
小區人車分流，環境很好，樓下有個小小童樂園。房間很新，乾淨整潔，三房兩衞，一家人住着很寬敞。有洗衣機。床品也不錯，睡着挺舒服。房間外的連廊可以看到海。
值得推薦。

房東大姐熱情服務，有問必答，有求必應，我們一家五口人在這家民宿居住的感受十分美好。周圍商業配套齊全，步行十來分鐘就到煙大夜市。房型舒適，設施完善，讓人覺得非常便利。在這裏住得非常舒服，我強烈推薦這家民宿！

三室兩廳兩衞的大房子, 房子很新。 位置好，一邊是煙台大學，一邊是萬象滙，去海邊吃飯購物都很方便。原來計劃住兩晚，後來又續住兩晚，老闆幫忙協調原屋繼續住，免去搬行李的麻煩。下次來煙台還會來住！

離海邊很近，步行就能走去煙大浴場，每天吃了晚飯就帶娃去浴場挖沙。附近美食特別多，生活特別方便，雖然來的時候陰雨天居多，但是在陽台看到了海上彩虹，也是一種享受～老闆人很nice，民宿各方面都挺不錯的，值得！

2024的新房民宿很乾凈，老闆也很好溝通，另外我提了要求需要衣服架和蒸海鮮的鍋，老闆很爽快答應👍，帶孩子入住很踏實，價格也很實惠，樓下吃的商家很多，離煙大也很近，附近交通也方便 下次去威海還選這家。

房子是新裝修的，房間很大，最方便的是有兩個衞生間，可以滿足多人的使用需求。小區環境很好，就在煙大後面，去海邊也很方便。小區底下還有滑滑梯等孩子玩樂區，小朋友很喜歡。
