房間非常乾淨，家用設備樣樣齊全，卧室窗户還能看到日出，非常驚喜。房東姐姐熱情周到，有任何問題都能非常快的給解決。下樓就有公交站，過馬路就是萬象滙，附近幾百米還有保利mall、新世界、小吃街，太便利了。

這次入住真的非常滿意！民宿的環境比圖片上還要好，房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨又有品味，細節處處能感受到主人的用心，離景點/商圈/公交站都很近，周邊安靜但出行便利，附近還有不少美食小店，房東的推薦超靠譜！ 房東大姐回覆也特別快，有啥不明白的一問就清楚了！

這家民宿很棒！房東人很好，民宿位置就在煙台大學附近，去學校或者周邊商圈都超方便，步行就能到。房間比想象中寬敞，採光也好，住起來很舒服。樓下就是商圈，租車去任何地方都比較方便，下次來煙台還會選這裏，強烈推薦給有需要的朋友～

這家名宿太讓人驚喜了！位置鬧中取靜，步行就能到景區。房間佈置得古色古香，細節處透着用心，木質傢俱帶着温潤感，床品乾淨舒服。老闆超熱情，住處地理位置也好，旁邊有很多小眾遊玩路線。清晨被鳥鳴叫醒，推開窗就是青瓦白牆的景緻，有着超高性價比，下次還來！

超級棒！離沙灘步行10分鐘，樓下可熱鬧了，24小時的蜜雪，711便利店。馬路對面萬象滙，距離煙大小吃街溜達過去也就10分鐘。房東姐姐人超好！

位置位於上市裡，距離煙大小吃街、萬象城步行街、新世界百貨、保利Mal僅僅需要沿着路邊步行幾百米。如果想去萬象滙也是僅需步行100米，地理位置十分優越，是想在大學城附近住的第一優選。其次房間佈置十分温馨，配套設施齊全，洗澡洗漱沒有問題，床十分柔軟舒適睡的很好，視野開闊，對於同位置其他房間的價格來説，能訂到這麼好的房間實屬不易。最後就是店家十分熱情，在我忘記聯繫店家的時候他及時撥打電話給我告知我細心講解如何到達及登記，在我後續多次詢問也是耐心並且及時回答，並且店家表示後續內飾還會升級。
作為生活在附近多年的學生真心給大家推薦，各位想在煙大附近訂房間的請認準！
