호텔 체크인 방법을 몰라 한참 헤매다 고객센터에서 주인 위챗 아이디를 알려줘서 겨우 연락이 닿아 체크인 했어요. 호텔 아니고 아파트 단지의 아파트예요. 위치는 우위에 플라자 바로 옆이라 좋은데 우위에 플라자랑 이어지는 쪽문은 거주자 얼굴인식이 있어야 들어갈 수 있어서 다른 사람 들어갈 때 껴서 들어가야해서 이점은 좀 불편했어요. 시설은 깔끔하고 좋았어요.

位置：旁邊就是吾悦廣場，從民宿樓下的小門出來就是商場入口，在蜜雪冰城旁邊。吃飯購物都非常方便。離煙台站打車7分鐘。
房型：三室一廳兩衞，兩個陽面，一個陰面。陰面的房間可以看到一點海。陽台很大。2個1.8米床，另外1個房間是1.5米。
物料：有一次性浴巾，牙刷。不提供飲用水，自己可以去商場的超市買。有蚊香，晾衣架，洗衣機，自備洗衣液。

非常好的民宿，房東非常好，我們坐輪渡早上5：20就到煙台了，沒有到入住時間，但房東幫我們解決了行李問題，幫我們把行李送到入住地，房間衞生乾淨，一次性洗漱用品齊全，是入住幾家民宿體驗感最好的一次，必須要誇誇房東。

住宿位置很好，出行很方便，吾悦廣場就在邊上，購物、餐飲都很方便的。房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，還能看到海港，有幸在房間就看到了海邊的日出。管家熱情，給我們出行提供了很多建議。房東也很好，儘可能滿足我們的要求。

這個房子整體都不錯，交通便利，旁邊就是商場。一梯兩户也夠大。就是房東還是中介的剛開始不大給力，我們一堆人一堆行李的進不來屋，給我們個錯密碼，怎麼也沒想到會有這種差錯，打電話給掛了，我們下樓確認一遍確實沒走錯地。再打還要要掛説有事，結果説是保潔改密碼了，這種錯誤實在不該有。再就是房子有點太新了，我們也是當了一次小白鼠，吸了兩天味。其他方面都很滿意。一個超哪哪電視，孩子們很喜歡，哪哪都挺新，住着也不錯。
