Because it's an apartment-style hotel, the cleanliness could be improved. We were immediately offered a room change when we discovered any issues. Service: The front desk was very friendly and promptly addressed any issues. Amenities: The projector was clear, and the washing machine was convenient.

Very satisfied with the environment. 👌 It's very close to the mall and next to the beach. The customer service is also very good. The environment is very warm and very suitable for family vacations.

My ratings are all for the soft bed, the video projector, and the working washing machine. Regarding this hotel, I didn't take any photos. The worst thing about it was the bathroom. It smelled incredibly strong, and the perfume couldn't cover it. The wet and dry areas weren't separated, and I couldn't get in after showering. They only gave me two towels, no footrest, and no place to put them. The bathroom was terrible. The toothbrush and toothbrush cup were plastic, so I used my own. The strong smell made it impossible to brush my teeth. There was no soap or hand soap either, so I had to boil everything before I dared to use it. The water heater for showering only heated the water to 60 degrees Celsius, and it was gone in ten minutes. This was summer; who would dare to use it in winter? The service wasn't very extensive. Other hotels offer things they don't. And the price isn't cheap. I've traveled all over Shandong, and it wasn't cheap at all. If the overall experience was as comfortable as the sleeping area, it would be completely understandable. We checked out at 12:00 PM, and we had to wait for the elevator in groups until we got down at 12:30 PM. The floor was too high, and the elevators we waited for were all full, so we kept waiting. I rarely give negative reviews of any property.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and helped me upgrade my room. The room has a direct view of the ocean, so I could watch the sunrise while lying down. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The environment was beautiful and comfortable, and the service was attentive and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this hotel and will recommend it to my friends in the future. Yantai is also a very beautiful place, and Yangma Island is definitely worth a visit. This will be my top choice for hotels in Yantai going forward! Excellent reviews!

The accommodation is pretty good. The business district is right downstairs, and it's not far from Yanda Street. I stayed on the top floor with a city view! Luckily, I'm not afraid of heights. Yangma Island is still quite far away, so I rented a bike downstairs and rode there. The weather in coastal cities can change quickly. It thundered and rained on the first night, which made me feel a little unsafe living on the top floor. 😂😂 The next day, I woke up to sunny skies again.

The hotel we stayed in this time was really great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the facilities were complete. There was a free laundry room. We didn't bring too many clothes this time, which was very convenient for us. The hotel is also in a great location with convenient transportation. It's close to everything. The front desk even helped us upgrade our room. The tatami design is very nice, with a table for eating. There's also a partition next to the bed, which simply separates the active and quiet areas. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. 👍
