The idea of this apartment rental is good. But the result is very bad. The first rule to be respected for customers is cleanliness. With big negative surprise in this apartment hotel they Not clean daily, but only sometimes. Without knowing when these sometimes. In fact, I understood why a bad smell came out of the bathroom .. This hotel is not recommended

房間比較大，離孤獨的鯨走路要1.5km左右，還是要打車，洗衣機全自動的，衞生還行，這個價格和環境都還行，出門公交站離的都挺近，經過輪渡客運站和火車站

我很少給酒店差評，因為我知道都不容易，得饒人處且饒人，但本次我破例給1分，因為有兩件事情我非常生氣：
1、沒網絡。我當日兩點多入住，一直沒網，由於我出來後還有工作，必須用Wi-Fi，所以錯過了一個關鍵的工作事情，損失大概2000元左右，老闆告訴我網線被挖斷了，讓我等到晚上五點再試試，然後到九點網還沒來，但為什麼隔壁有網，這不是網線的問題。關鍵這個事給我造成了損失。
2、催退房，由於酒店離金沙灘有一定距離，我上午在酒店工作，孩子和老婆在沙灘玩，老闆持續催我退房，搞得我很尷尬，服務業應該注意對客户的態度，錢賺不完，但搞壞口碑就無法挽回了
即使我這麼生氣，但我也要客觀説一點，酒店打掃還算乾淨，無異味

房間很好，公寓式民宿。跟回家的感覺一樣，打開窗户就能看見海，老闆人也很好，我們回程時下午的車，上午帶孩子去海邊，攜帶行李不方便，老闆替我們保管行李，被理解的感覺很贊！強烈建議來煙台的朋友住這家公寓！
