設施老舊，環境臟亂差，房間裏一股發黴和煙味，地板都鼓包了，毛巾都是爛的，不敢用，馬桶也臟的不行，避雷了

離煙台港客運北站特別快，步行大概20分鐘。有獨立的衞生間，前台24小時有人，工作人員服務態度真好，解決問題快。

衞生和服務都挺好的，就是隔音太差了，哦對了吹風機也不好使…晚上感覺好像睡在走廊裏，對面屋子打孩子聽得一清二數，小男孩媽媽大半夜要把不聽話的他送回家，弄得我晚上做夢都在被教育…交通也很方便，出門就有公交站點，貼一張門口的圖，衹住了一晚屋子沒有來得及拍

房間衞生真是讓人堪憂，最討厭的是淋浴出水量太小，根本沒辦法洗澡，跟前台反應也沒解決問題，二次反應給的答覆是要麼錯峯洗澡，都是出來玩的，累了一天了，十點半水還很小呢，怎麼錯峯，錯到二半夜嗎

房間比較大，衞生倒是可以，就是設施有點陳舊了，服務態度很好，有自己的停車場，停車方便，免費的不收費。衞生條件比較好，但是下面有一個燒烤，夜裡聲音比較大，影響睡眠。老闆人比較好，非常的熱情。李輪渡碼頭非常近，如果託運車到大連的話，這個店還是比較好的。

設施：WIFI信號差極了，刷視頻都卡，當天晚上視頻會議卡的和PPT一樣，最後連的手機流量開的
衞生：衞生總體來説還是不錯的，就是下水道有些反味
環境：低樓層住户，晚上建議早些睡覺，因為一樓有燒烤攤，聲音會很大
服務：總體來説也是不錯的
